    OVERCHARGED, NO ORDER# SO I CAN'T CONTACT THEM AT ALL, TRIED DIFFERENT WAYS. SENT ORDER DIRECTLY TO MY GRANDKIDS, THEY LOVE THEM TO BE ************ BUT MY $40 ORDER WAS CHARGED ME $106.80 ON JULY 8TH ON MY CHASE FREEDOM CARD, JUST GOT THE INVOICE.     This company automatically signs customers up for annual subscriptions by giving a 30 day free trial (unbeknownst to the customer) and then charges for the subscription when you dont cancel within 30 days. I have read several complaints from customers with the same experience. I only wanted to purchase books, NOT join as a member or subscriber.

    This company is dirty. I made the mistake of ordering books from them which were mediocre at best. Then, they started charging my credit card $97 for a digital library subscription which I never signed up for, my kids don't even have access to digital devices. Then, you can't get ahold of them. The phone number directs you to a website. I sent an email and am awaiting their reply. Don't ever order books from this company unless you want a **********.

    Great resource of books for children, parents, and caregivers. They are well written at a child's level and assist he or she with feelings and emotions they may not understand and offers solution. It should be in every school library.

    Don't be a fool!!!This company charged my account an additional purchase for a Digital Library for three books I already ordered without my consent. I just went into their website, and they automatically had the digital books set-** in the shopping cart for all consumers. This is a bait and switch of an unwanted digital copy!! I am furious! This company sets up the consumer to fail. You simply choose the books you want and add it to the shopping cart, and they sneak in the 30 day trial for the digital copy. If you do not go back and delete it from the cart, they automatically charge your credit card for the DIGITAL COPY YOU DID NOT AUTHORIZE, 30 DAYS LATER.Buyer Beware!! I hope my money gets returned! I had no choice but to put in a single star.

    The books I ordered were sent twice and I was billed for both sets of the same item. I have asked my daughter to return one of the sets as they were delivered to her home address. I am hoping for a refund on the second set of books.
