The explanations for their feelings are so simple and clear and the suggestions for them to use to work through their emotions are wonderful1 I found myself following the simple instructions that were for the children myself after I'd read them. I ordered 3 books and when I was billed $97. I didn't subscribed to any subscription at least I didn't think I did.The $97.00 dollars came and ******** my account and I have to pay a courtesy fee of $35.00. I only get one check a month, I can't afford to pay extra money that I don't have. I found where I could cancel the subscription. I sent them an email because that's the only way to contact them. They replied that they didn't know I didn't want a subscription and that they would refund my money back into my account. I ordered some books for my grandchild, paid by ***** got the books and one month later noticed another charge on my **** which I did not authorized. This company is a scam, do NOT purchase any books from them. The books I got were most definitely overpriced for the material in them. 5 starsGreat books that helped my grandchildren understand their emotions / reactions and gave suggestions on how to deal with them, I also appreciated that the books guide the adult reader to assist young children. Not all adults can intuitively help children with their emotions. they arrived by courier faster than I expected so was a nice surprise when we came home and found them on our veranda.Review fromPatricia M

On July 8, 2022 I ordered 3 books which were delivered as promised - this was a one-time thing. On August 10, 2022 I was shocked to discover a charge from PDIC of $128.18 on my credit card. I immediately made a "dispute this transaction" with my bank and was advised to immediately cancel my credit card as this was considered a fraudulent charge. I did so and then tried to contact PDIC directly by phone (no answer) then by e-mail. They e-mailed me back in 2 days and said that they could not refund me for the above amount as I had cancelled my card and they do not send cheques. According to them, I had had 30 days to subscribe to some of their services and when I did not refuse this, they automatically charged me for them! On going over all e-mails from them since July, most of which were promoting their books, I found no reference to confirm that I had okayed any such subscription. I am waiting to hear from my bank and if they cannot do anything for me, I will be out $128.18. Needless to say, I am extremely upset and find this whole situation to be the result of doing business with a very sketchy company. I purchased 6 books for my daughter and was charged the appropriate cost. Im a single mom on disability who has a 5yr old who struggles with emotional regulation issues and was hoping the books might help as she starts kindergarten. However on August 9th, 2022 I was charged $104!!! Seriously? I didnt sign up for anything else!! I get $1200 for my daughter and I to live on each month, that $104 shouldve went towards food for her and now Im caught asking friends and family to help provide food for her. I sent the company and email and am hoping to hear back. But I feel this is a complete scam and cant believe they are doing this to innocent families. I wish I wouldve checked here first to read reviews especially since they show the BBB logo on the bottom of their website. All I wanted to do was help my daughter and I got screwed over by it. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that I was charged $104 for a digital library I did not want. I have seen several similar complaints on BBB website. I did not sign up for a 30 day trial. I am requesting a full refund and posting this on BBB about the way your website is set up. I hope you will please help refund my money, Also disappointed in these very thin books. And the help.puppydogsandicecream.com does not work and neither does access to the website for customer service so I have no way to contact them in person.
