You were also ACH transferred your cash dividend distribution to you account ending in 336 for $325.30.  As far as getting your original principal back this cannot be done in the middle of the investment term.  The terms of the illiquid investment are as follows, which is also stated in the Offering Memorandum Pg. 17:
    "Term of the Company
We will begin deploying the capital we raise in this Offering once we have raised at least $100,000, which we refer to as the Initial Closing Date. We intend to operate the Company for a period of approximately five years from the Initial Closing Date, with the option of up to two additional one-year extensions at the discretion of the Manager.
To wind down the Company, the Manager will seek to generate liquidity for Investors and realize any gains in the value of our investments by selling or refinancing our properties and returning capital to Investors on an orderly basis. Sales and refinancing will be subject to prevailing market conditions and there is no guarantee that we will be successful in executing any such liquidity transactions on terms favorable to the Company and Investors, or that we will be able to do so within the time frame we have anticipated."
That said, our intent is to liquidate when we believe we can get the best return for our investors, with or without the extension.

I registered with Diversifyfund several years ago. Over the last several months, the app has stopped working and I am unable to track my funds. I have attempted to contact them several times with no result. I want my money returned to me, with the appropriate dividends/interest. I have no way of tracking because it says my email and password don't match. The website is riddled with issues, and I will not place my banking account info into anything given it's lack of transparency. I simply do not trust them.

In 2019 around September I invested $20000 with Diversyfund with Dividends to roll over for growth. Starting in 2020 I received about $1375 for the year. Starting in 2021 the company stopped paying dividends. I asked to terminate my investment but the company refused. In December of 2022, the company distributed $1370 to my account and showed my entire account at zero balance. I contacted them several times and I was not able to get a reason for this mistake. I am owed $20000 and I want my money back. In March 2022 I filed a complaint with the SEC. The case is pending.

My trust in the program is minimal. I am unable to withdraw my funds available. I would like my $317.10 deposited into my linked account. Based ob the deception and class action lawsuit, I would like a call not an email to be able to answer specific questions prior to taking legal action due to the misleading information. Theyre handling millions in cash and could be manipulating interest. I deposited $5k and theyre prohection of a 10k payout over the 5 years is false math. **** also hv a false response when you try to withdrae stating - I hv multiple cash assets and I need to withdraw them seprarely while not providing the function to do so.

I invested $500 with diversified 2 years ago.I told them I was going threw hard times now and during the ***** predicament and they never sent refund.I thought it was a 1 year investment and they scammed **** would like full refund because Im in a serious situation right now with family health

    Business Response

    Date: 01/23/2023

    Hi there,

Apologies for the hard times and we sympathize with you.  Unfortunately, the investment is illiquid and we cannot grant refunds in the middle of the investment term.  If we offered it to one investor we would have to offer to all.  The current structure of the investment, which is to purchase assets using equity (investments collected from investors) and debt (borrowed from a lender) and the 5 to 7-year term does not allow for account liquidation. For example, a million dollar asset is purchased with 30-35% equity and the remaining 65-70% is borrowed from a lender. The only way to liquidate is for the asset(s) to be sold, which will take place at the end of the investment term pending real estate market conditions. That being said, we are working on a solution to allow for this to take place. However, most likely, this solution will not be implemented in 2023. There are regulatory/compliance factors that we need to account for.

Hopefully the above information is helpful and gives you better clarification of the current status of your investment.   Please let us know if you havre any other questions at *********************

    Business Response

    Date: 01/23/2023

    Hi there,

Apologies for the confusion you have had.  The reason we need you to add your bank account information securely is because we changed payment processors since you made your initial investment.  We want to provide you with your cash dividend distribution.  Please follow the steps below:

    1. Log out of your account
    2. Close the app
    3. Open the app
    4. Log in
    5. Go to Account > Profile & Settings > Payment Methods
If you see an existing active payment method with the correct ending three digits of your bank account selected as default, no action is required, you are all set.

If you do not see an existing active payment method with the correct ending three digits of your bank account, select Add another payment method and complete the process.

If you would prefer to use your desktop follow the steps below:

    1. Login to your account
    2. In the top right corner, select Account > Profile and Settings (bottom right if on the app)
    3. Select Payment Methods
    4. Add a new payment method
    5. Save your changes

Please feel free to reach out with any questions at ********************* we would be happy to assist!

I have been invested with Diversyfund for at least a couple years. I have not been able to use the app to view my account. I have recently tried to access my account on the web and am unable to find a sign in page/tab. This company lacks professionalism and needs to be investigated. I don't know if there is fraud going on but I expect a return of my funds with interest and not to be scammed. They have not communicated with me and last I was able to access my account, interest payment is past due.

Although Diversyfund has replied via email and stated they would assist with access to my account, this is comparatively the minor issue. As I expressed to them, I have never received any communication from the company regarding status updates on my investments. Diversyfund ceased to pay monthly dividends since late 2021. There has been no explanation of this and why the company does not provide at the minimum, emailed statements. I am still waiting a response to this inquiry.

i sent Diversyfund an email as suggested and no response. Please note that I have been sending Diversyfund emails and no response. The question is: Is anyone in the Company managing incoming emails?. I have records of all sent e mails. Is there a phone number I can call and someone will answer?. I can always be reached at my number or email.

     Thank you.
