I invested $1500 with this company on 10/19/19. As of 10/30/23. Ive earned $150.00 in profit. Thats 4 fn years. what a scam of a company. stay away from this garbage.Business Response

Hi there,
Apologies for the confusion with your investment and your return. Your current balance is your principal of your investment, plus accrued dividends. Please not, we do not post NAV of REIT investments because it is not cost effective. In order to give an accurate "real time" value of your investment we would have to hire outside auditors, estimators to value your individual contribution, the cost would come out of the fund, thus decreasing everyone's ROI. We invest in actual property, it is not a useful exercise to make assumptions on properties when they are in the process of being renovated, optimized, and waiting for the right time to sell, this is why this is a long term illiquid investment.

I was scammed with this investment I don't know how to invest and I was told I can invest money when I can not that it would be taken out of my account and if I did not have money I would overdraft I dont want this account I want my money back and now they tell me it will take 5 years or if they decide to reinvest I would gscento wait. I have put thousands into my diversyfund account and since then (for the past year or more) have been unable to contact anyone at diversyfund, log into my account, gain access to my funds, transfer, or even at the very least, see what my investments are doing. Correct, I have had communication with someone via email where they emailed me templated responses. I have since then asked 3 times for a follow up on answers to my specific questions: why did no one show up to my scheduled meeting? What is the exact date that I can withdraw my funds? I see a pay out of $100 ish some dollars, where did that money go? I need a live person to talk with me on the phone to answer my specific questions about MY money is all I am asking, I have not received any sort of valuable actually helpful information. The investment is illiquid until the end of the 5-7 year term dictated by the fund manager. The $100ish figure you are referring to is the cash dividend distribution that was done for REIT l.

I invested a thousand dollars with this company in June of 2021.i was never told I could not withdraw the dividends that they would be reinvesting it. It's been 2years I have made a total of ***** dollars on a thousand dollar investment. They platform is misleading and is filled with false advertisement. I have asked for my money to be returned to my they flat out" said it has to be 5 to 7 years. At this rate I will only make 33$ off of a Thousand.we need to start a class act lawsuit against this company. Why should we lose money. While the gain money off of us investing with them under false pretenses. Even at 7% rate I would think it would be more than *****dollars. I done made more off of cashapp stocks in 2 months than I have made off of diversify funds in 2 years. To be a big company it feels like a scam when u can't return small amounts of money to the rightful owners. Class act lawsuit suit is where I'm headed with this. What you see when looking at your dashboard is your investment plus accrued reinvested dividends. Please note the total return will be calculated at the end of the 5-7 year investment term. Due to the nature of this investment, we do not show a live return metric. We invest in multi family properties which are illiquid, we actually buy the buildings.

I need statements regarding activity on the account because I was applying for government assistance for healthcare. I invested 500$ with this company 3 years ago. So far I have received maybe 1/4 of their initial projected target. I was not informed of a 2 year extension on top of the 5 year investment period before investing. Have emailed requesting my money back and was told its impossible (its not) All I want is a refund , I dont care about the 31$ in dividends made in 3 years. I feel as if though this has been unreliable and I will be coming to the office in person if necessary in order to get my money back. As far as the investment term is concerned, this has never changed since you signed your agreement. It always held a 5-7 year term. Please refer to your documents within your account for all of your legal documents.

Previously, I had set recurring monthly investments with Diversyfund in the amount of $1,000 per month. In April and May of 2021, $1,000 in each of those months was withdrawn from my bank account to be invested. The investments for those two months were subsequently cancelled by Diversyfund. Diversyfund states that "Our third party holding partner did not have the proper documentation we requested and these were not valid investments" however Diversyfund has never refunded the $2,000 that they withdrew from my bank account but never invested. They also never explained what the "proper documentation requested" was. On January 7, 2023 I reached back out to Diversyfund to inquire about where my $2,000 refund is for the investments they cancelled. I now have a 57 email chain back and forth with ************ and ************************** in their customer service department. They have requested, I and have provided, my bank account information to them so these funds can be transferred back to my account four times now. They continue to tell me that they have "gotten no response from their previous third party" when I inquire about where my refund is. On April 3, I received the following email stating they don't have access to refund my money:Hi ******, Unfortunately I have gotten no response from our previous third party. Our team is looking into next steps into getting you your refund. I apologize for this long process, if we had access to refund you your money, we would have done this months ago. Apologies again and I will provide you with any updates I get as they come. Thank you,*********** On May 1, 2023 I received another email response:Hi ******, Trust me I feel your frustration. Unfortunately this is not directly in our hands. I will let you know if we receive any updates. Thank you,***** Diversyfund has held my $2,000 since April and May 2021 and is not refunding what they owe me. This is effectively theft.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I received the wire the day after I submitted by complaint to the Better Business Bureau which is interesting that it took filing a complaint to get this issue resolved. It should be noted that Diversyfund withheld my funds since April and May of 2021. When I pressed the issue starting in January 2023, it took them four months to be able to refund the $2,000 that they owed me which for a business of this size, is suspect. I would not recommend Diversyfund to anybody. It is clear that they have a lot of issues based on the high amount of complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau.
