I invested $500 back in 2021. It has since gained $16 the first year... And has gained nothing In over a year.. I want my money back into my savings account. They stole my money and I want it back or a lawsuit will be filed. I cannot believe a company that was so highly praised by *************** is so crooked. I want the money you owe me.DiversyFund

Apologies for the confusion regarding your investment. The $16 you are referring to is your accrued dividends prior to the close of the investment, this does not represent your return on investment. Your investment is a long term illiquid investment, no investor funds can be withdrawn until the end of the 5-7 year period.

This REIT is a big fraud. I started investing with them 3 years ago. Put in $15000 for a growth REIT and that was my fault because I'm locked in for 5-7 yrs. So far the investment has been low yielding c*** I also put in $25000 for a SERIES A fund but didn't see that they had an "accredited" investor requirement. I had just quit my job and didn't meet the $200K/annual income because I took time off from work. So I asked to refund the money. This was back in March 2020. I sent them numerous emails and because they have such a poor website, the customer service just diverted me to different people. They said they couldn't return my money but it just sat there in my account not earning anything. 2.5 yrs later, they started returning the money piece meal. I have only received $20,000 out of $25,000. They are scam artists and unethical. DO NOT INVEST IN THIS COMPANY!!DiversyFund

When I first invested with this company, they claimed a five-year term of investment. Now, they have changed their language to "five-to-seven year". This company is a scam and they will just keep extending their deadlines to keep all investors' money.DiversyFund

A $1500 investment made on 10/21/19. As of 3/26/23, My portfolio is a total $1651.70. Thats a total profit of only $151.70 in 3.5 yrs. Do not waste your time in this scam of a company. A total rip-off, managed by a group of criminals.DiversyFund

It has been over a year since I have been not able to access my account. I have been getting this blank screen on both the mobile app and website. I have read all of the reviews on BBB and attempted all avenues that I see folks have tried with no results. I have invested 1k with this company and have received no correspondence either phone or email. I have no idea on whats going on. Every single day this company is becoming more a scam like entity.DiversyFund

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Not only does this company lack communication skills with their clients they also make it next to impossible to talk to someone. You have to go on forums and then find out their email address. Even then it's almost like they've got "bots" to give you answers so none of the answers actually are helpful or personalized to you. As far as withdrawing your funds early is concerned, the fund does have a 5 year term with two one year optional (fund manger's discretion) extensions. Unfortunately, we cannot offer withdrawal in the middle of the investment term.

Can't login to my account. All I got is a blank white screen. Surprisedly all of his started to happen after I received an email saying that had released some kind of dividend. Before then, I had no problem logging in. I emailed the company. I did get a response saying I should delete the app and redownload it but that didn't help so I emailed again and I haven't spoken to anyone again. This seems very suspect. Expect an automated response to this complaint.DiversyFund
