      Horrible customer service.Cashier took my order incorrectly and made me pay Ala carte prices instead of the meals that I ordered.Filed a complaint and requested to be contacted and until today, no response from them!

      Rude and disrespectful manager on 06-10-2025 I'd never seen her before and I hope I never see her there again. No one took my order at the menu speaker at drive through. No biggy , after a few minutes and no cars ahead of me I pulled forward to the window, kid working gladly takes my order then some manager comes yelling at the kid and telling me to pull forward. "Ok" , she brings my food out personally and proceeds to tell me to stay at the order speaker until she decides to take my order or she won't serve meat all "wow" it used to be an awsome restaurant, just lost a few customers that day

      Today is June 1, 2025 and my family made a delivery order through **** from Jack in the box #**** in Hesperia ca at 4:23 p.m...our food was delivered around 5pm.This is NOT the first time our orders have been wrong.. at this time I have no transportation which is why we did an **** order. I called the jack in the box our order came from and they said it's ****s fault our order was wrong. The **** drivers DO NOT go behind counter and bag our orders and then deliver them. The employees at many of these restaurants DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THE ORDERS CONSIST OF NOR DO THEY CARE. The manager said I have to go through **** to TRY to fix the wrong order being delivered. The employees NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR INCOMPETENT ACTIONS AND NOT DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY. Jack in the box NEEDS TO CHANGE THEIR POLICY REGARDING **** AND THEY NEED TO MAKE SURE THEIR EMPLOYEES DO THEIR JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. This is wrong because people expect to receive what they are paying for and not get jipped financially. And the 800 number for Jack in the box customer service that is online needs to be CORRECTED because that number is to a chat line. That's fraudulent information as well as it's proving their customers aren't important nor do they want to hear from the customers in society especially if it's complaints. How is one supposed to contact them to make a complaint about their stores for whatever reason. Something needs to be done about this.

      I give zero stars to a company who not only provided a horrible experience, was guilty of discrimination toward the elderly. I am 62 years old and the way the staff said I didn't know what I said but to insinuate I was a liar. They not only refused to provide their names but I was given a name that was not on my receipt. I have never received such blatant disrespect as a human being, but to speak a foreign language about me in front of me. I am not seeking a review I want to file a official complaint. When employees can gaslight you and blatantly lie to your face? Why is NO employee including the manager not wearing name badges? I believe it's so their deployable behavior can't be reported. Deceptive practices to discourage the consumer from complaining. This not the first time that I have had problems with this jack in the box. As a matter of fact I stop going there for years after the same type of treatment just nasty like I am supposed accept it. Over 90% of their employees at this location speak broken English and using it as an excuse to treat customers horrible because they don't "understand ". This is not acceptable. As a customer I expect somone that can communicate with me as a customer. I can't begin to tell you how deployable this is. The employees don't care about it because there are no REAL consequences to their action and corporations don't care cause my little $5.00 I spend doesn't even effect their bottom line. So is this a waste of time? Probably because noone cares until things like the pandemic hits and there are no customers. Too many fast food places like ********************** hire people that give less than a care about providing customers who are not only spending their hard earned money but chose your establishment over hundreds of other options. Businesses used to be grateful for their customers now it is like customers should be grateful for them. To whomever reviews this I want to complain not review. Start holding businesses accountable.

      We ordered breakfast at the drive thru. Got home and started eating our food, and half way noticed that the bread was moldy. That's so disgusting

      If I could leave zero stars, that's what I would do. I ordered two tacos that were supposed to be 2 for .99 but when I get to the window, i'm told that's only if you order in the app, nowhere in the app is this stated, but surprisingly enough?It's a rule when you get to the window

      I have lived in this area all my life and have gone to this location several times. I recently started working closer to the **** location, so I wanted to enjoy the food more. EVERY single time I go there, someone isn't at the drive thru speaker to take your order OR there is someone there and they always say can you hold on for one moment and 10 minutes go by and still have not ordered. EVERY time I have ordered it has taken more than 25 minutes to receive my food. I look around inside and the parking lot and it is nowhere near busy. All I order is 2 tacos and some curly fries. IT DOES NOT take more than 25 minutes to make those items. I cannot wait that long for food, for I have a job to go back too and do not plan to spend 30 minutes getting food sitting at a fast-food parking lot. It is called FAST-FOOD for a reason!!! This is the ******************** location on *************.

      Dear Jack in the Box Customer Service,I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience I had at your Jack in the Box location, store #****, located at ***************************************. The incident occurred on April 14, 2025, at approximately 3:36 AM. The employee involved was ******* *.Summary of Incident:Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I attempted to order two tacos, but was immediately told they were unavailable.I then tried ordering a breakfast sandwich with mayo, but was informed there were no eggs or sausage available.I placed an order for a chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce, extra mayo, extra pickles, and a side of fries. The employee did not ask what type of fries I wanted.After paying (without being given a receipt), I noticed I had been given curly fries (which I do not eat) and my sandwich was missing mayo.Upon returning to the drive-thru to request corrections, the employee rudely grabbed the bag, checked the burger without gloves, later put on gloves to add mayo, and threw the corrected bag back to us.Due to unsanitary handling, I declined the order and asked for a refund and my receipt.The employee claimed she couldnt give a receipt, closed the window, then later threw cash at my coworker when issuing a refund, causing the change to drop.When questioned about her attitude, she claimed to be the ********** a shocking escalation, she filled a drink, came back to the window, threw the drink at me and my coworker, and made an obscene gesture before locking the window.This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
