I wrote that the order would be delivered to me and I never received it. I called and they never responded. I no longer need the order. It's too late. I need my money back. Please. Ordered 3 meals, number 6 with curly fries waited over 20 minutes the worker walked to car stating they had to remake meals and apologized the meals did not come up with the curly fries called the restaurant and asked for refund of curly fries worker said to call back tomorrow when there was a manager since there was no manager on shift I asked for his name and he hung up on meBusiness Response

Constant issues with restaurant taking excessive amounts of time to get out orders. Every day asked to pull around to front of store only to wait for 30 minutes plus for food that takes ten minutes to prepare. My first job was at Jack In The Box and I took pride in fast service. I know how long it takes to prepare food. It is absurd to wait 3 times longer than it takes to prepare the food. I had to leave without receiving my order due to several cars in front of me waiting to get their meal. Needs to be addressed asap.Business Response

I ordered food at the jack in the box located at *********************, phone number **********. The service was poor. I waited *********************************************************************** the incorrect burger. If I didn't stop to check my food, I would have left with a bad order. It took 2 manager and a staff member to get one burger correct. And the male cashier was very rude and wasn't listening to my order obviously. I have spoken with the owner about bad service at the location before. And I frequent the border for trips. Jack in the box is my favorite but I would like for corporate to address this one.Business Response

On 6/9/25 at approx. 6pm, I received my order of tacos, and realized immediately that they did not taste at all like those I had received prior for many years. After the first taco, I felt a very sharp pain in my left abdomen that I had never felt before. Because I was famished and hadn't eaten all day, I ate another taco. By the time I ate the 3rd, I was bending over in pain which was sharp and persisted throughout the night and til now only not as often. I've saved the remaining tacos for analysis. If there is no order # or confirmation of the order, then the transaction did not go through and your bank that put the hold on the funds will release the hold and funds will go back to the account.

On 5/13/25 I placed an order through the Jack in the box app (total $39.18) and the store immediately cancelled my order but I was still charged. I then attempted to place the order again and the same thing happened. Jack in the Box charged my card $37.36 but they cancelled the order. On 5/13/25 I reached out to customer support and they told me I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. It has now been over 3 weeks and I still have not received a refund to my Venmo card ending in 0610. Please refund my card $75.15 immediately. Thank you.Business Response

If these were just pre-authorized charges and did not go through, their bank will release the funds back to their account. If the orders did go through, there will be order #s and would show the order was cancelled and we would be able to look into this.

I ordered on the app and when I showed up they told me they could not fulfill my order and to submit a refund request through their app. I followed instructions and have not received a response other then an NPS survey and after multiple attempts to contact the company I cannot reach anyone. Im filing a complaint against Jack in the Box at ********************************************** due to an extremely frustrating experience.On June 4th, I visited this location with three others. We were told at the speaker that they were only accepting online orders. However, once we pulled up, the employee took an order from the car behind us that clearly hadnt ordered online, which was inconsistent and unfair.We tried to comply by downloading the Jack in the Box app, but it gave errors saying our cards wouldnt go throughyet two of my cards were charged multiple times (I have screenshots and pending transactions as proof).Eventually, we placed our order online, but still waited a long time. We thought the worker might be alone, but a woman later came out and stood outside smoking a ************ for over 20 minutesvery unprofessional.When we got our food, only one of four orders was correct, and I was charged $10.83 for food I never received. I have proof of the online order, app issues, and incorrect ********** make matters worse, the Contact Us page on their site doesnt work, and Ive received no response after emailing an alternative contact.This situation has caused a lot of stress and wasted time.
