      What is going on on *****. 4/10/25 12 am.what is going on with this guy. Says hold on 10 minutes later he's at the window, no name tags **** n the box trade ****.drove home open my bag orders missing some boppers.drove all the way back he says I'm wrong, I would not have drove 7 miles for some ***** poppers. Now he has help. Super worker was by himself earlier. Looking out for each other in stead of the customer yet again .

      buyer beware. I ordered a chicken sandwich and CURLY FRIES.****** took my order. It was ready in 6 minutes.I dined in . I tasted my fries , they were horrible!NOT HOT AT ALL. I opened my chicken club a thankfully it was freshly cooked and hot. hot. I decided to exchange the fries after eating most of my chicken TO ENSURE it would be hot. ****** was at the register helping a big group of younger people who were at the padre game. It took about 10 minutes for this group to finish. I took my fries with receipt to the counter to request an exchange for hot fries or a drink if it would take to long.****** REFUSED- she said it had been over an hour since I ordered. I was shocked. I had my receipt with the time and it was 13 minutes. Receipt number 030 431 300 016 b0 She continued to argue that THEY WERE HOT and its too late to replace them. I continue to explain they were not. She then walked away. I left the food on the counter for her to verify since she refused to originally and accused me of waiting too long- after I decided to ask another person ( hopefully manager) I was accused of throwing my food at her. I cant believe How rude and unprofessional she was. I requested her MGR into- she refused saying call the phone number on the receipt !!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ********* WILL BE VERBALLY ATTACKED AND YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR.I hope corporate understands all I asked for was a $6. HOT FRIES!

      Date: 2/22/2025 Time: 10:59am Server: ****** C Check: 3023 4 tacos and 1 Oreo Mint Shake...by the time I got the order was 11:15am...are you kidding me...it took 15 mins to fill 4 tacos...and 2 of the tacos were not cooked through. I will tell all my friend not to come to this Milpitas location!!!!PISS.

      They refuse to take your orders now. Only can manually order from touch screen at the register then someone will come handle the transaction. As if f the prices aren't bad enough now I also have to do half the labor for them. I won't spend a dollar there as a result.

      Definitely zero stars for the Jack in the box located in ******** ********************************* Associates not only lack courtesy skills and customer service abilities that are required in their job, they violate many work place policies established through the Civil Rights Acts of the 60's as well as **** and ********************* often calling people exist derogatory names such as "baby" or "love" things that violate workplace policies and established law. Using their phones excessively, ignoring customers in the process, Violating uniform policies of Jack in the Box. Things such as the lack of professionalism in their attire all the way to ignoring uniform policies regarding nails and hair established by ****. They are outright obnoxious to their customers, even their returning ones. I am not a customer of theirs, fortunately, but in being an independent contracted delivery driver for Door Dash, I have had to call out their inappropriate conduct IN the workplace for the sake of our shared customers. Today I just brought it here. My love for a common purpose of a true customer service professional environment, is far greater than my dislike of them. Too bad we cannot say the same for these Jack in the Box associates. Their hatred for us is far greater than their love for the customers and for **********************.

      Ordered spicy chicken meal and smash burger meal over $30. Got home and the ********* ***** covered about 1/2-3/4 of the bun, and the chicken maybe covered 1/2 the bun, is this shrinkage?? Felt ripped off, if I wasn't so tired I would take all this food back for a refund. So disappointed, worked a long hard day and wanted to eat a good meal and go to bed, but I'll have to eat a much less tan satisfying meal then find something else to eat so I don't go to bed hungry!

      My Message:"The only problem this month is hearing and reception within the drive thru at this ************ location.""I asked for a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Croissant, but they handed me one Ham and ***** one on my first time around. Yuck!"Jack In The Box's Message:"Sometimes you just have to have Jack In The Box. Glad you had a great time."Seriously ****!?? This is not funny!??I expected the staff to listen for my Sausage Croissant Order at the Car Drive Through!

      When I went to the Jack in the box to pick up the food for my friends the female woman was asking me I really like this food a lot huh and I was so confused of her question because the Jack in the box is the only place was open for 24 hours that was so confused the lady was so mad at me because I always come to Jack in The box to pick up the food for my friend when I talk when I politely nice to the coworker I told her man the food is not for me it's for my friend and are you calling me fast shaming me because you thought it was my food because I always pick up my friend's name because when I get out of work at 12:00 so it really hurts me my feelings of that woman the cashier of the drivethrough.

      The manager is mean, selective of the kind of people she is nice to an she is racist and rude, if I could give this establishment a zero star, I would because if you are not Spanish, they are really mean to you and I experience this with them several times with my kids but when there because it's close to our house but everytime not only the employees make you feel unwelcome but the manager is unprofessional and rude if you tried to talk to her with the niches voice and way that you possibly can. I am trying to sue them for racism

      If I could rate zero stars I would!!!! I came through the drive through and specifically asked for my food PLAIN with NO cheese. I emphasized on the plain. I get to the window and the woman who also took my order was very dismissive with counting my money and barely spoke English. Im pretty sure that was the factor in my order being messed up. I get home and realize that my food was NOT how I ordered it. I had to drive back because I called FOURTEEN TIMES and they did not want to be bothered so they took their phone off the hook. When I got to the drive thru, I told the employee my issue and asked for a complimentary fry to compensate for not only the drive back I had to do, but the ridiculous wait time I had for two cars in front of me (over 10 minutes). He was VERY rude and said yeah no before I could finish explaining myself. I asked for a refund then he proceeded to communicate with the manager in Spanish because he didnt want me understanding what was being sad. He hesitated with my refund and acted like he was unable to find it. When he did, he gave me the money back with no sort of empathy or kindness. Very poor staffed. Maybe you should have a bilingual person on the microphone to resolve avoidable issues like this one! I will not be returning due to the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDENESS. You have too many rude employees to still be in business.
