      I have been pleased with the merchandise, but not customer support. They do not respond to the emails submit on their site. Also, status of merchandise impossible to track. I ordered 4 items, was charged for all 4, received 3, and nowhere in my account can i find the status of the last item. Very disappointed - and unless something changes I will take my business elsewhere; there are plenty of locations from which I can order ****** and other brand name running shoes and accessories.

      Membership Scam! Dispute immediately.Ordered 1 item almost a year ago. This store is apparently running a scam. The associates sign you up for auto renew memberships without consent . So I call to to cancel it. They say they emailed me but who reads junk email? They say I will get a refund in 35 days. They sure charged me immediately, why does it take 35 days for the refund? I read online that hundreds have never received the refund. So I disputed the charge with my CC issuer.

      Ditto to negative comments regarding the **** VIP membership. Their ploy is to dangle an initial $1.99 membership fee which indicates auto renewal every year. Except they hit my bank account for $39.99 in only six months after initial 'membership'. Can you say robbery?? Having sent multiple messages via their website and been placed on unreasonable hold times several times without ever having the opportunity to speak to an associate, this is nothing less than under-handed, sleazy and unethical marketing. NEVER EVER will I, nor should anyone buy ANYTHING from this flim-flam online retail establishment. In hindsight, I should have avoided the carrot they dangled to save a few bucks on an otherwise decent pair of shoes. Which could have been purchased at a many number of other reputable retailers. I would have gladly paid full price to avoid the time I'll spend to warn others, and *************** they've caused me, ultimately the aftermath of a poor decision. There is no shortage of reputable online sport shoes retailers with which to do legitimate no-nonsense business. All this over a pair of shoes. Unbelievable is the level this company has stooped to bite the hand that (no longer) feeds them. BAD BUSINESS at its worst!

      Do not trust their returns policy. Even if you request a return shipping label within ********************************************************** my case, for HALF the amount the shoes cost.They were worn one time.

      I was a customer for 15 years. They used to sell quality merchandise at good prices, this is no longer the case. They're like a worse version of big sports stores in that they don't carry very many goods and charge ridiculous amounts for what they do carry.You pay a large sum of $ for membership to have access to "fast free shipping"...this takes a week, and I just received a package in the rain, in my alleyway, on trash night, that was stolen/trashed before it could be retrieved.This was after another order of a simple pair of socks that just kept getting back-ordered and never received. Don't buy their membership or their goods. Shop somewhere else.

      I purchased a one-time gift card in 2019. I gave NO authorization to hold my credit card on file, yet they did, and charged me for a membership fee of $59.99. Nothing was signed. I would NEVER agree to a membership. It was refunded after numerous attempts. In 2022, I purchased a gift card again and EXPLICITLY asked for them to NOT hold my credit card on file for anything. This is a ONE-TIME purchase, not even for me. The salesperson was very condescending, acting like it was no big deal my card was held against my will and debited without my consent, but told me this wouldn't happen again. Yet, I was charged again their annual membership fee. Thankfully I frequently review my bank statements, but for someone that does not, this is completely unethical, sneaky, and an overall bad business practice. I am writing this to warn others.

      Their VIP club is pushed, some membership. Avoid, it is nearly impossible to cancel. I was offered some deal, VIP membership giving discount on shoes allegedly worth it one time purchase. Reluctantly I accepted after telling them many times I don't want any auto renewal. Here I am getting charged again three years later I haven't been back to the store all that time. I had tried calling, writing letter, no success, and told credit card to refuse charge (which became unduly complicated). Finally their main number actually could get through after a lotta time on my life on hold. Auto renewed membership game is a nasty business model and one this company embraces.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pair of Sauconys. Wore them only in the house a handful of times and returned them to the site well within the eligible time frame. They were sent back to me, and I was denied my refund.

      Scam! Scam! Scam!Bogus VIP membership they charge you $39.99 for, 5 or 6 months after your initial purchase.Sit on the phone for ever, trying to get it cancelled. Complete scam, and deceptive marketing practices.They should be shut down, or legal action taken.

      I wish I could have given a "no star" rating.This has nothing to do with the store itself, BUT the annual VIP membership fee and cancelation.I canceled my membership back in 2016. Yet I have been getting yearly "increasing$" charges to my credit card. I even went to the extent to change my credit card number though somehow Road Runner Sports was still able to charge on my new number even though I have not been set foot into the store since 2016. The past 3 years I got a little smarter and have text message alerts for charges. This is when I can get to them while pending. I have had to call three years in a row to verbally tell them I am not a member and credit my account. Today was a new year, which I had to do them same. I asked for an email be sent regarding the call and the cancelation. I was told the do not do that. Interesting..... no documentation. Only a transaction# for the refund. I do not know what to do at this point. It is illegal yet this company continues to be able to do this.
