      Cancels last minute without any notice. Overpriced and underqualified. You can do much better by going elsewhere. Just look at the reviews.

      why in the world can you NOT cancel an appointment - I am trying to be nice here and help someone else by giving them my spot - but there is NO WAY on their Web Site, and when I call them, their response is, we will send you a link to cancel

      There is NO WAY to cancel - what do they think, they will send me a bill because I did not cancel

      they are very good during the appointment, but there has to be some underlying business reason why they are doing this.
