      On Saturday July 9, 2022, I deposited a check of $4000. Yesterday morning, July 11, 2022, I received a email saying I had ending balance of ******* for the tansactions I had pending and a negative balance of $210. So I transferred $250 from my saving account to cover the pending transactions. With Wells fargo if I have **** balance and I am using my card on purchases the pending transactions will still bring my balance down as I use it. Even if it has not been posted the balance comes down. So today when my check cleared it should have a available balance of *******, but to my surprise, my balance is only $3429.99. I called wells fargo to see what was going on and no one there seems to be able to help me with my account. All they say is ok. Its not ok. Where is the rest of my money. They said I had transactions that had not been posted. But those transactions have already came down on my previous balance. On another note, I know they are still scamming people. I closed a account over 2-3 years ago and I received a check from them for $19 for over charges. Thats what the letter said, but in reality how do I really know what they are stealing from me.

      My vehicle was repossessed in may. The company that repod my **** Escape was ****************** out of my Zion. The tow truck driver for that company blocked me inside my house with his tow truck and when my girlfriend asked him a question he screamed at her and told her to shut the f*** up. She has a legally fined disability. They did not know what they were doing and left my vehicle in park when they towed it. My escape is all wheel drive. My vehicle is damaged and not drive able. I did not do this myself. I have reached out to Wells Fargo twice now. Today was the third. They told me the first time they would start a investigation. And would contact me in 10 days. That was 60 days ago. After 30 days went by I called again, spoke with a woman, she told me it was still being looked into and they didnt have a answer yet. Called again today, literally no help and got the run around.

      I recently moved at the beginning of the year and needed furniture. I went to a local store to obtain some furniture. Wells Fargo approved my loan-I was against this. I had TERRIBLE experience with them, I had an auto loan with them years ago which ended up as a voluntary repossession due to a massive increase with my bill. Fast forward to now, I had to contact them because I was unable to sign up so I could view/pay bill etc, I was unable to do this because it only had my info from the auto loan and told them NONE of the information is correct, was also informed the bill was going to be late-a month had passed and never received my bill. My issue with them is a lack of communication in all aspects. I checked my credit report to find that it significantly dropped, because of this loan. The only time they decided to send anything out in regards to my account, was to inform me they closed my account. They NEVER sent a bill, I understand we are post-pandemic and every business has an employee shortage to some degree, however this is completely unacceptable. Second time I had a loan with them and never again.

      April 22 I had covid and was late on my credit card. I paid on the 30 day as soon as I was aware. I spoke with a representative explained my situation. I explained that i'm in the process of buying a home, the rep told me i would receive a reversal letter to give to my lender within 7 days and I have never sent anything and the 30 day was not removed . I sent several dispute letter countless calls passed around to different departments for months and no resolve. I'm in the middle of the homebuying process and can't move forward. Please remove the late payment asap!

      I am rejecting this response because: Wells Fargo does not have NO Good Will policy. I'm not disputing the accuracy, i'm disputing one time Good Will adjustment due to me being in the homebuying process and this late payment is stopping me from moving forward. I have 2 personal account a credit card car loan and two teen accounts with Wells Fargo and I'm ******* disgusted! I was advised by a representative to dipsute by providing a Good will letter and 





      " supposed to receive a letter for my lender within 7 days and that did not happened .  It's taking me 3 months to resolve this . Remove the late payment.

      During my deployment in ****** for 9 months I was a victim of fraud charges (4) on my Credit Card through Wells Fargo. The dates of the transactions are 10/23/21 with account number **************** totaling $11,735.20. After this I called to report fraud to Wells Fargo they stated there was 3 but then a fourth one charge of $9,000 that had been declined but the charges were put back on my account in November. I was overseas serving for my country and have been a customer with ********************** since 2007. I have even sent in a letter from my Commander stating this happens very often over seas. I have disputed this twice with a denial from Wells Fargo. I have never had anything like this happen to me before.

      Wells Fargo withheld information about my account being sold to First **** Services, which led to missing opportunity to:- Shop around for a better rate (stayed ****%)- Save over $200 monthly on my account if adjusted to a rate closer to my credit score (780) without being charged to refinance the account - Declined to send any information regarding my account outside of the initial final disclosure: withholding documents pertaining to updates of contact information; notes on the account; payment history; etc.

      I am rejecting this response because: Wells Fargo has falsely attributed an unknown email to my account. If this information was utilized throughout the life of my loan, this is grossly negligent and compromising my personal, Federally and State protected information. Furthermore, as I have record of contact with Wells Fargo from initial discussion of the loan with the email I  created exclusively post-graduation from my Masters as I worked professionally in higher education.

      I would like to reject this decision which files for my complaint to be resolved when there were  actions knowingly by Wells Fargo which were negligent and caused undue harm, loss, and injury.

      I am rejecting this response because: I wish that I could fabricate information after being discovered that I had done something wrong. You are completely and irrefutably in the wrong, utilized an incorrect email, and shared my personal information. I am unwilling to accept this response from the business and I demand that action be taken to credit my account and provide adequate compensation for damages to my private, federally protected information. See the Privacy Act of ****. Name, social security number, etc. All of which could have been shared through negligent emails to the wrong address. Simply stating that they didn't use that email is not enough! This is a serious infraction of my rights to privacy and I demand that there be compensation for damages to rectify this situation. This is also coming from the same organization which fraudulently utilized bailout money to provide six figure bonuses; the same organization which has been known to create fake accounts or even penalize customers for false reasoning. I'm demanding that action be taken against Wells Fargo or I will take action myself.

      I received a credit card from wells Fargo with the purpose of transferring over 2 credit card balances that I have. I have 2 blank checks I have from them stating I have until 7/25/2022 to transfer those balances over with no apr for 15 months. When I called today 7/11/2022 I was told I cannot use the balance transfers because I recently got a new loan ( car loan ). I feel this is a bait and switch because had I known their offer wasn't what it stated I would of Never opened a credit card with this bank!!
