      This is the worst bank ever DO NOT BANK WITH THEM! They had some courtesy rep who literally called me at the end of the business week on a Friday and shut down my account because their records were incorrect! I have been placed on hold hung up on and been running back and forth to the actual physical locations because I was told by one of their customer representatives that I must be validated with a banker and when I was there the customer rep stated they would not wait to speak with a banker from my phone and the banker would have to call them wait on the phone for someone to answer and once I stated the banker doesnt have that time to just sit on the phone waiting for a customer service rep that customer rep said well thats their job! Im completely drained from this experience and write this review to maybe help assist someone else from having to go through this run around. Do bank with them at your own risk but truly horrible experience
