Dont ever use wells Fargo for anything. I purchased a vehicle through them and they wont send me my title. They are so large they care nothing about their customers. How can you not send someone their title. This is why carvana cant sell cars in ******** anymore. Wells Fargo was a great company but my experience with them has been horrible. I keep being told the same thing about my title. This is the process we have. Ill never use wells fargo for anything ever again. Only reason for a star rating is because I have to give them 1. I would say zero!

I have a credit card with Wells Fargo, I paid the credit card in full over $2k, they were over paid and telling me it's going to take a month to get refunded and every time I follow up status on the refund I get the run around. Once this problem is resolved I will not have any future business with Wells Fargo. I do not recommend anyone to have any money business with them. I am giving Wells Fargo "F", failure.

Wells Fargo scammed me I had an interest free 18 month loan and wasnt aware if not paid off in 18 months I would have to pay interest accrued during that time period. I have never missed a payment or was late, well when **** was due in June 2022 it did not advise me to pay the full amount owed or I would have to pay full interest for 18 months on next ****. I called 2 weeks later after when I was paying my next **** and they would help me out at all. They scam ppl out of money and didnt notify me of the loan expiring and needing to pay it in full. Horrible company do not use

In **** my wife and I took out a mortgage with Wells Fargo in ********* **. for our summer property in ******* **. and paid $240 to lock in a rate of ****%. Because we still owned our home in ****** **. we commuted back and forth. The day we were supposed to close I neglected to bring the receipt for the lock. The night before we closed, and still in ******, I called the loan officer and asked if we needed to bring anything to the closing. She told me we did not need to bring anything else. On the day of the closing she called us on the cell phone, while in *******, saying we needed to bring $2300 extra in order to close. Our bank was 2 and a half hours away a half hour before we were to close. I said there is no way we could get that kind of money in such a short period of time. The loan officer said don't worry about it, and said we would meet us at the closing without the additional $2300. During the closing I read the paperwork only to see the APR was 5%. I told her we paid the fee to lock in our rate but couldn't produce the receipt. We ultimately signed the contract because we were far from home and we wanted the property. We sold the summer home in 2017. In 2019 we received a check from Wells Fargo for $1200 because they found the record of our paying for the rate lock. For 12 years we paid the additional amount. I figured the check should have been in excess of $12,000. If I never received the refund I never would have thought about it, but that refund infuriated me. Just another reason to mistrust a HUGE bank like WF. It is partially my fault, but also their fault for being dishonest. A bank that size doesn't care about everyday little people. Shame on WF. I will never do business with them again.

This used to be a great bamk many years ago... i have Been a customer for over 15 years and was told on the the phone they dont care about how long people stay with them. I have several accounts and use one to pay the majority of my bills. I mistakenly bounced a **** for $166 of which i was mistakenly short $10 in the account, they charged $35 fee for this $10 mistake. I have several thousand in the other checking and savings accounts with Wells and they know it. This was an uncommon occurance for me bounce any bills. **************** was rude and condensending. Oh and the monthly service fees are a joke. I will be switching banks and advise that any readers choose a more friendly and less expensive option.

Wells Fargo has the worst customer ******************** representatives. They are not very knowledgeable and it is a disservice to their customer to not note their account on previous calls. I should not have to call in on a previous issues and there is no records of what I was previously told. If you bank you are doing yourself a disservice. They should absolutely treat their customers with better care.

I would not have any car financed with Wells Fargo, I had 2 cars with them and I had gap on both vehicles, traded both vehicles and I was told that Gap refunds take 120 days to get the refund. It is a shame when I finance a car they want interest, however when they owe me money they will take their sweet time and keep my money, they told me this is the new way of them doing it, do the dealers do not keep the money if the customer does not request it, heck it seems like Wells Fargo is doing the same thing. I spoke to their complaint department twice and today they called me back after telling me that the 120 days was just an estimate, she told me that it is taking 120 days to get refunds. I think it is c*** and I am going to close all my accounts with Wells Fargo, they have really went down hill. I know 1 of the dealerships will not use Wells Fargo no more for their financing, I know Wells Fargo will not care.

Wells Fargo cheats their customers. They cheated me out of a $2950.00 after they released the deposit to me, they took it back 8 days later. Im also going on my 5th debit card in less than 60 days. They keep turning mine off saying they didnt recognize a charge. All 5 times the charges were under $10.00. I told them I would let them know if there was a charge I didnt make, but they continue to turn my cards off forcing me to charge all of my automated payments. One of their security guards assaulted me and I had to file a police report on him. Most of their employees work from home and only have the ability to message other employees. They are in possession of the check I deposited and endorsed to them for deposit only. First I deposited on the mobile all, and then I watched the branch manager run it through the check scanner to make the 2nd deposit of the check. Wells Fargo said she didnt actually deposit it. I watched her do it and it is on their security cameras. It is also on their security cameras when I was assaulted by the guard. Instead of **************** arresting the guard, they arrested me for trespassing in my bank! I have filed charges against them as well. I have talked to 65+ Wells Fargo employees trying to get this resolved. I have emailed the ***** of ********* many times with no response. I have billed them by email for all it has cost me.. I also took the **** to their branch manager who informed me that she was putting the **** in the trash. Again, its on their security cameras where I gave it to her. They havent even reviewed their cameras! Wells Fargo is a terrible bank and should be closed down or it least be fined by FDIC!!!
