      Bad quality product. Purchased a pair of Levis jeans online. Product fabric and denim was poor quality. Pant legs ripped upon the first week of use. Poor quality. Product was unusable. Want a refund of the purchase price of $21.99. Want refund and reimbursement check. Thank you,

      i am out of town, in ********* a auntie funeral who died and i keep receiving alerts from ****'s. i try to call them but can't get thru to a live person. someone has used my card to make purchases i did not make or authorize! i am not even in the ***************** at the moment and have not been all month. im receiving emails that say a different mama then mine, my name ************************* is not on these orders. they have stole $1,740.95 from my card not even using my name on the order number ********* and there was also a order for $316.37 number ********* i request all my funds be returned or i will be forced to file a lawsuit against ****'s and i can prove the orders were not mine so send my money back to my cards. i've contacted my bank and they told me to reach out to the company letting them know it was fraud and to request my funds back!

      Upon order I received two unwanted,wrong item. I mail it back to the company and never got back my refund. I had a confirmation email stating they did receive the sent back items. When ever I call costumer service they say how refund department working on it and will reach out. Up till today did not happened. Nobody reached out neither in email nor phone. If I try to speak with anybody further than costumer service who obviously can't help they say there is nobody who I could tall to or help my issue.

      On 11/20/2022 i purchased two pairs of jeans online from ****'s website using a promotional credit that was given as a result of a pair of jeans that had a quality issue within three months of purchase. One pair was the same size, color, style, and material (non stretch) as the pair I was replacing, yet fit tighter. The other pair, which was the same size and style, but different color and material (stretch). The quality was notably worse than other pairs of jeans I have purchased in the last year, mainly due to the cheap quality of the button which rattled in a way that other pants of that same style and color didn't. I was also unhappy with the color, and attempted to exchange both pairs (which were unwashed w/ tags) for pairs that worked. However, I was refused an exchange at a nearby outlet store despite them being more than willing to accept my returns, were adamant that they couldn't exchange them for some byzantine reason. After calling multiple customer service reps who were unable to provide me any answers, I was finally able to reach a lovely woman who was able to help me, but informed that because i used the promotional code and a black Friday online sale, that my items were items were unable to be exchanged as the sale items were "final sale". This is despite the items being full price as of the time of this writing and not being liquidated. My recommendations to ****'s - if items that discounted online are final sale, make that extremely clear - Provide credit for defective items to a store gift card that can be returnable, and isn't just lost if an online order fits smaller than other products of that SKU - Make you exchange policy in store easier, and/or let me exchange for colors as well as size -demonstrate a commitment to making things right for online customers who have unwashed merch This issue could have been easily resolved by ****'s, but they instead demonstrated an utter lack of respect and care for their online customers.

      Regarding Order Number: *********, I have previously ordered this item twice. First order was cancelled. Now second order is not delivered. Levis unwilling to help. I tried contacting ***** numerous times and I keep being disconnected. I have email references. Please advise on order status and how this will be corrected asap.

      Bought a pair of pants from ****'s online. Didn't fit, returned them. ****'s received my return 9/2. They have not given me a refund. I emailed and called them 10/4. they said they would process refund. Still haven't received my money back.

      Essentially I ordered pants that were advertised to be made in an industrialized country with fair wages and ethical worker laws (*****) but instead received pants made in ***** in some cheap sweatshop, without ethical wages or laws protecting workers. Now, if these pants were $20, that would be how things are in the world, unfortunately, but they were $188 each and i paid this kind of money to have clothes made ethically. I chatted with ****'s agents through their website, and was offered a partial refund which i reluctantly accepted. However, this refund was due to the pants being on sale currently, and when i bought them a few days ago they were not on sale. The refund was NOT for the false advertisement, intentionally misleading and fraud. So i would like to receive a reasonable refund for that. I am truly disgusted by how levis conducts its work and i think this type of fraud is extremely unethical at best.

      I purchased 2 seperate orders from ****'s website. Order ********* for $161.51 & ********* for $102.74. Everything from both orders were supposedly the same size. I will tell you right now that even though I ordered the same kind of shorts (501 originals) in all the same size, the measurements are all different on every single one of them! These were cheaply made & the quality is lacking. I agree with a lot of **** customers, that wherever they are making their shorts and jeans now is questionable. I want my money back. What I received is not what I ordered. And I will not be a returning customer.

      My order has been a nightmare to say the least. It has been going on for about 70 days so far and counting. **************** cannot comprehend emails even between themselves. They claim they are reading the emails. They change the address on packages, claim they are not, can't fix it, and can't troubleshoot it. You are not allowed to speak with a higher level manager.I placed a order on May 30, 2022 for 2 pairs of jeans. The order total was $103.86. I received a credit of $51.93 on 7/10 for one pair of jeans. The other pair I'm supposed to get for free/no cost, but they have not and will not issue the credit promised on July 31.Issue the other credit you promised for $51.93 so the other pair of jeans is free/no cost and provide me a credit receipt.Use email only to communicate.
