      I purchased the fitbit versa 3 just over a month ago. The band had come undone a few times and it is a well known issue posted all over their 'Fitbit community forums'. I did not think much of it until I reached my hand out one day and it fell right of my wrist. It landed face down on my patio concrete and shattered. A $200+ watch now trash because the company is selling this watch with a faulty band. I have been a loyal customer since 2015 and all they will offer is 25% off a new watch. I will never purchase anything fitbit the rest of my life and I will stray everyone far away from this company.

      Around the middle of March 2022 I got and email from FitBit informing me of a voluntary recall of the FitBit Ionic which I had. The recall was for issues with the watch burning users wrists. I followed the steps and mailed my Ionic back to them. On April 8th I received an email saying it was received, processed, and refund would be sent within 10 business days. I waited until the end of April then called the number provided. The person verified that the refund email code was sent. I told them that I have not gotten it. They then said that they would "Escalate" the claim. We have called every 2-3 weeks since and get the same answers. I called today and asked them if there was any other department that I could speak with and was told "No". I then asked to speak to their manager/supervisor and the lady informed me that she did not have one. I asked to speak to whoever she works for and was told that she didn't work for anyone. The number I have been calling the number provided. I then called FitBit's corporate office and was told that that the only department to help was that first one we have been calling. I am beginning to feel like we have been ripped off. This seems to be a standard practice with the recall and I have not received any additional information from FITBIT or this third party group handling the recall process. Thank you in advance for any help in this matter.

      Im on my second Sense. First one died before warranty expired. Now the second one is dead too. Support cant help. Fitbit *****.

      So, I acquired an Ionic Fit Bit watch. Just to find out that this specific watch is on recall by Fitbit. I found out all the information and started the process of entering the info on the official recall website. The process of entering all the info was pretty simple and once done I received a confirmation number. I then waited. After 4 weeks I contacted Fitbit via social media and was told it will take 5 weeks to get confirmed etc. One day after that I received an email which stated that my watch was received, tested and confirmed and that I should expect my 299 refund within 10 business days. That was on July 20th. It is August 11th, and the money is not in my PayPal account, which is my chosen payment option. So, I contacted ******* (which is the company where the emails come from) via their website form. I received an answer and was asked for my confirmation number and the company (Fitbit). I submitted that information. Never heard from them since. Still no money back and still no written contact. **************** is practically zero. The recall more and more looks like a scam in my eyes. Now my watch is gone, no money, no info, no contact. After this review a complaint with BBB will follow. Not sure if that will help. But at least one has to try.

      After being a long time fitbit customer, I purchased the Charge 5 fitness tracker. Within a few months, it completely died. Fitbit replaced it with a watch that would not hold a charge. After numerous calls and chats with their customer service, I was told to disable all the features including GPS, SPO2, and all notifications and wait for a firmware update. They could not give me a date for the update. After almost a year of paying for a fitness tracker with onboard GPS that I could not use, paying for the premium upgrade, having a watch that didnt support any features that were advertised, and couldn't make it through the night without dying, I gave up and bought a different brand of watch.I want others to know that Fitbit advertised a watch with features that they then tell you to disable because those features cause the watch battery to drain within a few hours. This is false advertising.

      I have had both a Fitbit Sense and Versa. Both suddenly quit working just outside of warranty. Fitbit does not offer any type of repair! I was out of $300 twice with no options for repair or replacement. They do not take care of their customers! Beware.

      I have had two Fitbits now. The quality of both the product and the customer service has really gone downhill. Will not be buying again and would advise others not to unless you want to be swindled.

      Fitbit iconic recall. Returned watch they received item and said that they processed claim and I would receive my refund within 10 business days. I have called and escalated the case and my corrected email is on file and no one will give me my refund or help me. Fitbit tells me to contact the refund center and the refund center tells me to contact fitbit ** the refund was already processed.

      I ordered my Fitbit in Dec 2021. And have searched numerous times trying to find a phone number for Fitbit and I finally found it on pissedoffcustomer.com.Finally reaching a live person for help. Let me say I do have a 2yr warranty! My versa 3 has never worked as intended. So instead of giving me my money back. I get a replacement. That I dont wont. Simply because it doesnt work!! What company makes a site called pissedoffcustomer.com??And makes it so difficult to find a way to get in touch with them I will never buy another another fitbit. Dont waste your time or money
