      THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. FROM THE HIDDEN FEES TO THE LENGTH OF TIME IT TAKES FOR THEM TO REALEASE YOUR FUNDS. NOT TO MENTION THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS. I SPOKE WITH ****** IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE WOULD NOT TRANSFER ME TO UPPER MANAGEMENT AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE CORPORATE OFFICE NUMBER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

      on july 21 without our knowledge square placed a potential fraud hold on our account. we officially got the notice text message yesterday. contacted them 2 days ago to get the issue cleared and we were assured it will be and funds released. called today to confirm they insisted on talking to the owner even though i am on the account and part of 3 way call 2 days ago. did a three way calling to confirm owner information we asked to talk to a supervisor and after being on hold for sane time were told the company does not allow 3 way calls. so the agent contacted the owner just to be told the supervisor refused to take the call. we are out of tens of thousands of dollars. had to scramble to meet payroll and bills. this has been a very difficult position square placed ** in. ******** coffee ********** **

      Just created an account to receive payment from my employer and no more than 30 minutes after account creation / payment being received did I get the same email as other below me where square deactivated the account for no reason and am not able to receive the money. How is this company in business?

      Out of probably over 150 transactions using square, we had few ( less than 10) where we keyed the card manually. 3 out of around 10 were allegedly "disputed" by customers and money taken by Square from our acc. Does anyone have similar experience. We are suspecting that Square actually lied to us regarding disputes and simply stole our money. According to them, if the card is dipped we are winning dispute. If keyed we are losing. Strange that only keyed transactions were disputed. Please share if you have similar experience

      Just add me to the long list of customers that has had their accounts deactivated for no reason and are now left in limbo with the funds that are still pending.

      Phone support is minimal, I can not get through to account services to fix a problem. I have been with this company for ********************************************* RECENTLY, I had a problem with a login in and had to reset a passcode. I got help with that issue but they shut off bank transfer, and did not advise me at that time a that time (august 4th 2022) its now august 8th and 5 phone calsl, noone has reached out to me to fix this problem and my business is on hold becase I can process but NOT recieve payments. they they are holding my monies. ****************.*** ****

      I had an account with square and my account was deactivated for 90days but they promise to refund my money back but you have to follow some procedures and I will like to help you all having problems with getting your money back after 90days of hold release. greenerlane091@g*****l.c*m hit me up if you need help.

      I have used square for many years, For my booking and taking payments. They are increasing their prices for advertisement and Every day, My square payment does not work. I have to manulally type in the credit cards, and it cost's more.Every day the square does not work. There is no phone number to call to get help. I am switching to another company. I can absolutely not understand how Square can be so ruthless? After so many years I have trusted this company?

      Garbage , they refused to pay the money I had pending for transfer employees in support chat were no help . I had to refund my customers and have been out **** dollars for well over a month .

      Absolutely terrible service and company they will try and keep your money and not give it to you for undisclosed reasons and not respond to you or let you talk to somone on the phone. Never again will i do buisness with this company
