      On October 30 2022 I paid indiegogo $68 for a JWST model sold by we are geek club space o. I never received any follow up information. When I contacted indiegogo I discovered that my email address was incorrect, an error on my part. However my shipping address was correct and the payment was taken.When I contacted we are geek club, their response was that they had attempted to send me a survey. Since I never received it, they never shipped. They did not offer a refund. They did not offer to ship me the item. There has been no attempt to remedy this situation whatsoever. There are many people in the same situation based on comments regarding this campaign. They now have a kickstarts campaign up. I have made several requests to receive a refund or my model, they have not responded beyond their initial terse, unhelpful I total respond in which they offered no remedy whatsoever.

      I pledged to a campaign called Pluto Square in Feb 2022, paid for them to ship it in May 2022, they never delivered, Indiegogo suspended their campaign, took the funds and only refunded a few backers and are refusing to help the rest of ** in any way I am requesting my contribution be refunded like they have done for others

      October 30, 2020 MAXIM AIR - World's Best Blazer with 18 features $232SGD 1 X Blazer Estimated delivery: July 2021 I've never received this item. I've emailed the campaign creator as Indiegogo requests. Those emails continuously have been bounced back as undeliverable. They have told me that they gave SOME of the backers a refund but won't give me one. It seems like it should either be everyone or no one, if that's their policy.

      We funded PlanetComputers' AstroSlide5GTransformer via Indiegogo.I contacted Indiegogo because the project had not failed, yet the returns continued to be unusual, so I contacted Indiegogo.Indiegogo responded that we should wait for the returns to be shipped shortly, but six months have passed since then and there has been no movement.I have sent inquiries to Indiegogo and PlanetComputers about the unusual situation, but after three email responses, I have been ignored.He never acknowledges the failure of the project and never responds. Isn't this the same as fraud?We seek arbitration by the BBB because the service is not provided, no explanation is given, and the time just goes on and on.

      Bought a solar generator thru them with all powers supplying the generator. Was supposed to get it last August. Ive emailed both businesses numerous times but no response from allpowers and indiegogo say they cant do anything. I spent over **** dollars for there monster pro **** generator. I dont know if you can help but *** been trying for almost a year now with no generator. I contacted my credit card company and they credited me but then charged me back. Only have emails for any documents. Any help from you would be appreciated

      I contributed to an Indiegogo campaign on Sep 30th, 2021. I have STILL not received the product I paid for and the campaigner "Trot Pets" ceased all communication and filed for bankruptcy/ABC on 10/3/2022. I then demanded a refund and my credit card company initially resolved that claim in December 2022 - but as of 2/27/23 Indiegogo actually REBUTTED that and now I'm being charged again!! Indiegogo refuses to take any responsibility for this fraud and told me to contact the now non-existent/bankrupt campaigner for a refund. Their reasoning is "Indiegogo has conducted an investigation into this campaign as we received feedback from our community that not all perks were being fulfilled. Therefore, we made the decision to hold onto the campaigns remaining funds to mitigate risk for our backers. At this point, the majority of the funds for this campaign have already been disbursed to the campaign owner and all remaining funds held by Indiegogo have now been used to refund backers."So they are holding onto my money not because they claimed I received the product, but to cover their own investors. This is outrageous.

      In the past month, myself, among dozens of other backers of the band ***** Park, have had our accounts suspended. The reason given in an automated email was as such:"After reviewing your account and account activity, we have determined that your account does not comply with our Terms of Use and platform policies. We have suspended your account from our platform."As my only interaction, and the others who have been suspended, with the platform was to contribute to the campaign of ***** Park, I fail to see how any of us have violated any terms. All solicitations for further information has been ignored, and no effort has been made to explain what (if any) violations have been made to TOS, nor how redress might possibly be made. This has all the signs of being some kind of personal vendetta against a group of customers/clients, and should be investigated. Indiegogo has put itself forward as a community resource for fundraising, but if it can arbitrarily shut off that pipeline, it becomes a gatekeeper to legitimate organizations trying to raise funds for legitimate business or charity.

      October 11, 2018, Contribution ID ****, $84.00 ************** (*******************): Foldable Bike Helmet, never received (and no one else did, either) Original expected date: March 2019, revised to July 2019 Founder issued a total of *44* email updates. The last one was March 4, 2022, and it included no expected date of delivery. In August 2022 Indiegogo posted on the campaign page that the project is under review due to "unfulfillment of perks and lack of substantive response from the campaign owner.." They did not contact me, I just happened to go to the campaign page.I emailed ************************* on October 31, 2022, when I found out the campaign was suspended and Indiegogo support said they couldn't do anything.It is understood that supporting a campaign on Indidgogo is a risk. The reasons I think Indiegogo has responsibility:1) Indiegogo took contributions for years. The original delivery estimate was March 2019, and they took contributions until at least September ******) There was a fixed goal of $50,000, and Indiegogo allowed the founders to take over THREE MILLION DOLLARS without any product.3) Indiegogo never notified me when the campaign was suspended. It's been so long, I don't even have the credit card anymore, so I need a check or direct deposit.Thanks, *********************

      On April 7th *************************************** the amount of $681.91. I had requested a refund with Indiegogo and was denied through their automated process. I requested one directly through the company that was running the campaign on Aug 24, 2022 and was denied stating "Thank you for your patience, here at ***************** we are not distracted, we are focus on satisfying, you will soon be enjoying your Astro Slide 5G Perk."I am not sure what their definition of soon is but it is certainly not 2 years past the backing date. I demand a refund in this case for me. Backers should be protected not scammed like this.
