      Would like a refund of the $1880 I spent through their platform on 8/25/21 for the Scotsman campaign, and the additional $350 in shipping fees that was extorted from subsequently.

      I ordered from indiegogo a carbon trainer product.Contribution ID = 270 Contribution Date = September 7, 2020 Total amount paid = $1375 to Indiegogo To date I have yet to receive the product. *** reached out to both carbon trainer and indiegogo to no avail. I hold indiegogo responsible because I purchased the product through them and they help fund that product. Theyve stolen $1375 from me.

      I was a backer or founder for a campaign for Rocket bike company who I invested over $2000.00 and they have not provided the perk. This company took over 2 million dollars from backers in the past 2 years and Indiegogo has not refunded or addressed the issue.

      9/10/2019 I purchased a self-cleaning litter box through an Indiegogo campaign in the amount of $309. Was promised to receive item I paid for by August 2020. Have not received product nor refund from Indiegogo.

      I am reaching out to BBB as Indiegogo did nothing to help. - I contributed to an Indiegogo trusted and proven campaign.- campaign manager sells - the backed item on a distribution site before supplying indiegogo backers.- I have reached out to Indiegogo who said - Indiegogo does not guarantee that campaigns will succeed or that perks will be delivered.- I can buy the item on AMAZON who will guarantee me the item.Item ordered 6th September 2022.       On April 14, 2022 I placed an order with this company named Indiegogo for an Item called Popupiano. At the time of purchase we were told that the delivery date would be during the month of June 2022 no specific date. June passed; And so did July through October! Finally on October 28 it arrived but it was nothing like I expected. The return policy was that you had to contact the company via an email provided within a 7 day period. During that bracket of time I sent a series of emails and no one answered. Till this day I have tried to contact them and no answer. I tried getting a credit via my debit via dispute and nothing was resolved. I want my money back. I am willing to pay the shipping to get my money back! I paid $238 that I am not willing to lose. The company is called indiegogo but it also has a reference ************* ********,**

      I purchased ChouBox: The Ultimate Automatic Litter Box contribution #**** with a total of $299 USD on the Indiegogo website and the shipment was supposed to be in May 2022 till July 2022 there was no communication from the merchant and they ignored my comment on the inquiry of the status/ on requesting a refund and declined any of my posts onto their FB group page. I've attempted all ways to request a refund but no luck and my item are not being shipped by the merchant. In the latest shipping manifestation with the merchant, my order number is not listed there at all. And list but not last, even last week when I checked my status, the merchant continue to ignore my comment on the inquiry/ cancellation request. Indiegogo refuses to help in any situation and this is beyond frustration. I want a refund of this amount since I'm not being provided with the item at all and Indiegogo should have the responsibility to protect the customers from any providers like this.

      Indiegogo has allowed Volterman to take millions from customers. I purchased in 2017 with the promise of delivery in 2017. Every month we would receive an update about how there were shipping delays, etc, which made sense because of the type of product. However, it has now been 5 years. I have been asking for a refund since 2019. Everytime I get told that they can't help me, blah blah. They don't even answer my emails 99% of the time. My last email from them stated that "Indiegogo has conducted an investigation into this campaign as we received feedback from our community that not all perks were being fulfilled. Therefore, we made the decision to hold onto the campaigns remaining funds to mitigate risk for our backers. At this point, the majority of the funds for this campaign have already been disbursed to the campaign owner and all remaining funds held by Indiegogo have now been used to refund backers."However, I have been asking for a refund for years. This is the first time they stated that they realize there was a problem. Why wasn't I included in that refund? I am demanding a refund. The reason for my late complaint is simply due to the false promises given by ********* and Indiegogo.

      On October 4th, 2018 made a Contribution on the Indiegogo site for a company called ************** that Indiegogo was representing. On August 11, 2022 Indiegogo admitted that the organization ************** was in violation of their terms of use. But does did not refund my money even though they were the primary intermediary of collecting funds for the organization.       I contributed to a campaign on the Indiegogo platform with ******************** that was certified as "Delivery Guaranteed" in October of 2020. For context, at the time Indiegogo was promoting their Delivery Guaranteed program, which meant that products were far along in the process that Indiegogo would guarantee delivery (*noted delivery date NOT guaranteed). At the time of campaign contributions, Breakaway and Indiegogo said the product was already in production, which turned out to be false. Soon after the campaign was closed, the expected delivery got pushed out. Understanding that this was a new business, I was comfortable to wait for the finished product. Given the time passed and the complaints, Indiegogo has suspended their business account, so they can no longer interact with their contributors. I reached out to Indiegogo once the campaign was suspended to ask for a refund as a part of their "Delivery Guaranteed" program. Here was their response: "Thanks for checking in about this. If a campaign is offering Guaranteed Delivery for you, you'll see a Guaranteed Delivery badge. This is how the badge should look like. Based on the screenshot that you've provided, this campaign is not a part of this program." They are arguing that ******************** falsely advertised Delivery Guaranteed on their platform page, but that it was not actually a part of the Indiegogo backed program. At this point, I'd like my money back. I would have never contributed to this program on Indiegogo knowing it wasn't part of the Delivery Guaranteed campaign. I think fault lies with both ******************** (blatant fraud via false advertising Delivery Guaranteed and production status) and Indiegogo (negligence for allowing false Delivery Guaranteed ad). I will be submitting a complaint for both businesses.
