      My engagement ring had to be sent back 3 times due to the center stone being loose. I was starting to lose faith that the issue would be resolved until we started working with *****. ***** was responsive, incredibly willing to help, and a terrific communicator about how the process would go. We are so appreciative of Macees support and for turning around our experience with Brilliant Earth in such a positive way.

      *********************** was the best, I highly recommend working with *****. I had a problem with my order but it was resolved quickly and so professionally. Sometimes it can be hard to shop online and order a ********** item without having seen it but my experience was perfect. ***** was not only generous from a time perspective providing the attention I requested but completely came through on after purchase questions, I definitely would shop again knowing I was in great hands! Thank you ***********************, and thank you Brilliant Earth!

      Amazing website that is easy to use and shows tons of options for designs. Great customer support through the chat. The one hang up is lead time on ring resizing and quote times. HOWEVER I don't think that nullifies the good service I got.

      This is an awful company for customers buying jewelry online. Their shipping timelines are absurdly delayed, I mean literally you will be waiting weeks or months after your original delivery estimate. Save yourself the headache and dont order anything from here!

      I wanted to start off by saying if it wasnt for ***** taking a hole of the situation I would be completely done with this company. I was extremely beyond frustrated with the company as a whole and felt like no one cared about my ring. ***** really was able to answer all my questions regarding my concerns with the company and my ring. She made me feel better about the situation and better about my ring being in good hands. However, that being said I am still on the fence with the company themselves. I am still frustrated with the situation as a whole but as for Macee she was nothing but amazing, compassion and understanding. Without Macee I would have absolutely gone somewhere else once getting my ring back.

      I purchased an engagement ring for my fianc. The experience was seamless and smooth. Purchase was simple, and the articles and information on the website is helpful for first timers. I ordered before Christmas and was uncertain it would arrive in time, but it actually arrived early. The showroom staff was nice and made it enjoyable. Also, I needed a resize which was free of charge and also delivered before the expected. Highly recommended if you are shopping around.

      I needed help with an exchange and ***** came to the rescue. She responded when she said she would and we got the issue resolved quickly. She was professional and you could tell she cared about going the extra mile for her customer. Much appreciated

      I bought multiple items and they arrived in just 2 short days. Each item in an individual box to gift and little bags to keep them save. My youngest, 5 yr old, got a necklace that broke. I panicked because I did not buy the protection fee. I called anyways and the service representative was very accommodating. She sent the return label, I shipped it, got the updates via text and email letting me know that the item is in its way. I opened it to a brand new one. So happy the process went so smoothly and all my children loved their new jewelry! Will purchase from here for each holiday and occasion. My new favorite jewelry partner!

      In my experience, working with *********************** has been a great experience. I had an issue with the loss of an engagement ring and ***** worked with me and the insurance company to get it replaced. It wasn't just the fact that she did her job and was helpful. We had multiple conversations And she never hesitated Respond when I Called or emailed With questions. She was very empathetic to my situation and really cared about the circumstances of how my ring had been lost. I got my replacement ring yesterday and it is as beautiful as the original. I have made several other purchases from Brilliant Earth and they have always been great. Beautiful jewelry and fair pricing. Having the help of ***** as my customer service liaison is the icing on the cake. She's definitely a valuable asset to your company and I hope she is properly recognized, appreciated and taken care of as an employee.
