      I bought my now fianc an engagement ring online. Was able to create a custom ring and had it shipped. Took about a month for it to arrive as estimated, and it came with complimentary diamond earrings. She loved the her ring, but I ordered it WAY too big since I didn't know anything about ring sizes. Took it in to the ****************** showroom, and they let me know the it would have to be re-made. Luckily the warranty on resizes covered this for me. They said it would take 3 weeks, but I got the ring back in 2. Fits very well looks gorgeous. I will definitely order from this company again, service was quick and very friendly.

      I am not happy with Brilliant Earth at all. My husband bought my engagement ring from them in 2021. In the first two weeks a small diamond fell out of the prong setting. In order to replace it, they wanted us to mail the ring back to them and I would not have it for 4-6 weeks while they repaired it. I decided to have my local jeweler replace it and he charged me $30.00. Fast forward to 2 years later I now had 4 other missing diamonds from the same areas on the ring, the prong setting that supports the main diamond. I thought now I would be ok parting with the ring for 4-6 weeks to have it inspected and repaired. There is obviously an issue with the rings design. It should not be dropping diamonds like that. I sent it in and Brilliant Earth wanted to charge almost $300.00 to replace the diamonds and an additional fee to fix the prongs. Why would there be an additional free to fix the prongs that are not holding the diamonds in that you are replacing? The prongs shouldn't need fixing and if they do, it is because the quality of the ring is not good, the prongs are defective. I complained about this and they ended up paying for the repair. I have had my ring back for 2 weeks and another (or the same) diamond has fallen out! I barely wear the ring unless I am going out. I work from home, don't wear it in the house, don't wear it in the shower, or to clean, or do anything! It is ridiculous that the craftsmanship is so poor that this continues to happen. If I would've known he was ring shopping, I would've recommended a local jeweler as the quality is far superior over an online ring company. Unfortunately, this is what we have to deal with now.

      Jewelry was beautiful! Was able to utilize virtual appointment to have questions answered and representative went above and beyond to send pictures of rings paired that the site was not able to virtually pair to help me be confident with my ring choices. **************** was superb! They were fast to respond via email and followed up quickly to answer questions and support.

      The customer service and the ring itself was amazing. I had a unique situation with upgrading the ring and the account origins itself. However the account manager of April and ******* were so helpful I appreciate their efforts The ring itself is stunning

      The worst company Ive ever dealt with. Had held my package hostage for a total of 6 days after charging me over 600 dollars. They asked me to verify my identity over 3 times which I did and they kept asking for more then said they would need to send an email which would take another 2 days to receive for an additional charge that I would then have to read out to them for verification of my identity. The company has horrendous customer services and is full of redundant processes. I do not recommend this company due to their horrid logistical capabilities and follow through on their end. The customer service offers no real solutions.

      Bought my wife's rings here, a couple stones fell out after 2 weeks so we sent it for repair. Got it back 8 days later and it was perfect. If you need a repair definitely drop it off at their retail location in buckhead. Excellent service from them!

      Brilliant Earth has been the most helpful company when it comes to customer care and support. I had an issue with the original delivery of the ring I purchased, for my now fianc, and your team took care of it right away. I have nothing but great respect and thanks for all you have done.

      Brilliant Earth's customer care team reached out to me and has been working very diligently to resolve the issue I had previously been frustrated about. I am pleased they understand my concern and will resolve the issue. They have called several times to update me and show genuine concern, and they want to ensure I am a happy customer. Note I have reached out to ******************** to ask that my prior review be removed since the issue has been resolved. I would also like to add that their in-store team has been exceptional throughout my experience.

      *********************** completely turned our Brilliant Earth experience around. After dealing with some production issues, ***** was assigned to our account and took care of us as though we were her friends. Not only did she fix all of our issues in an expedited manner (faster than we expected), but did so with a lot of empathy for our situation. ***** is wonderful and we look forward to shopping with Brilliant Earth again thanks to our experience with her.
