      Fabulous company with wonderful customer service. Purchased a tennis bracelet for my daughter and 2 other rings. The quality is top-notch and the fact that the company is sustainable makes all the difference in the world!

      Great service. Had to get a flawed engagement ring repaired and they were great to deal with. I can't say the same for the actual insurance company they use however.

      I frequently recommend Brilliant Earth to any friends or colleagues in the market for jewelry be it engagement, wedding, anniversary, or gifts. For their environmentally sound lab grown diamonds and recycled metals, as well as their gorgeous styles and surpassing service. After many interactions with the **********, MD location near D.C., every single one has been wonderful and I look forward to supporting them with all my future jewelry purchases. There are anniversaries and gifts in my wifes future after all!

      Good people who help the customer make the final decision without "steering" the customer to the "top shelf" in the store. I felt very comfortable and secure in selecting the diamond online with the authentication information, the 4Cs, in front of my eyes. Between the 3-step selection process, the in-store consultations, the online and phone chats, and the secure ***** delivery I'd definitely purchase from Brilliant Earth again. This is a positive learning and buying diamonds experience.

      Do not purchase jewelry from this store, maybe loose diamonds, but not jewelry. They do NOT stand behind their product, nor do they value their products post purchase. I purchased a diamond tennis bracelet for my wife where the clasp broke after MAYBE 10 uses. It was a very weak design of a clasp, to which the customer service agent even admitted to directly. I shipped the item back to get fixed, as per their lifetime jewelry warranty, but I was told they could not fix it. Their solution was, IF THEY HAD ONE IN STOCK, they would replace it directly, but since they do not they could only offer me 50% of the original purchase price as a credit. So it is worth replacing to full value, "if you had one in stock" but since you conveniently do not then it is no longer valued the same. I got nowhere with that representative, nor management, and was ultimately left with an unusable tennis bracelet I am hoping to get fixed somewhere else. Nothing like customer service who "agrees with you that the design was flawed, but there is nothing they can do about it" or are willing to do about it. Let's be clear, I have purchased 4 times from this company and every time has some type of customer service issue, so this isn't a one time thing. It was just the most recent, most shocking, and will be my last. Other things were providing complimentary expedited service that I was charged for afterward, guaranteeing delivery by a specific date but then delaying it for 2 weeks after.There are too many companies out there like this one, so find another one.

      Love BE! My husband and I ordered rings online for each other, and after receiving his, he decided he wanted a thicker band.. the exchange process was so smooth! We went to a showroom and it was the best experience!
