      Spent $10,000 and they lie constantly about shipping times. Gross negligence. They don't have any idea where the tracking number is and they keep delaying the ship date for unknown reasons, s******* with our vacation plans when they represented they could easily overnight it. Customer service knows nothing and refuses to escalate the issue to a manager.

      Everyone at Brilliant Earth has been very helpful and informative with me picking out my fiancee's engagement ring. She absolutely loves it and gets compliments frequently. All communication has been efficient and very professional.

      Been very happy with my purchases from brilliant earth. Quick and seemless with great quality and customer service. Even had to send back engagement ring on a warranty issue but that was taken care of promptly and had the ring back quickly with zero issues. I highly recommend brilliant earth!

      My fianc purchased a beautiful ring from Brilliant Earth. However, just 6 weeks after we got engaged, my center stone came loose. I brought it in for a repair and was told I would have the right repaired and back to me within 2-3 weeks. Brilliant Earth did not reach out to me for 2 weeks and let me know that they hadnt even started the repair. They said the repair would take another 2-3 weeks, meaning my ring would be gone for a total of 6 weeks. I let the repair person know that I had an event so I would need the ring back within the original timeline that I was told. The repair person had no empathy for my situation and was completely dismissive. I called multiple times and was finally connected to a manager. The manager only moved up the repair timeline by two days. At this point I am starting to think that they lost or damaged my ring and are trying to buy time to make a replacement. Every person I have interacted with at this company has been so shady. The manager who called me over the weekend promised news by Monday, but I have called and been told that she is off today and that no other manager can talk to me to give me updates. This company has absolutely terrible communication and I have no faith in them that I will get my ring back at all.

      I have purchased items from them in 4 separate occasions each time having a great experience. They put great care into the quality of work and have resolved any issues or questions I had. Even the diamonds I didn't choose myself are of great quality and brilliance. I would do business with them again.

      The ordering process was easy to use, the order arrived on time and in beautiful packaging, and the stone I ordered looked exactly as advertised on the website (something that has not been the case when Ive dealt with ordering online from other jewelry companies). I would use Brilliant Earth again.

      I had a very good experience with brilliant earth. The selection of your Diamond and setting is easy with many choices. They promised delivery two weeks later and my delivery was on time. I opted to return the ring only to select a different setting. **************** was extremely cooperative, told me the exchange would take three weeks and I had my ring back in 12 days. My experience was a very good experience.

      Since 2020, my now husband bought an engagement ring from Brilliant Earth and I couldn't be more pleased with my ring so we wanted our wedding bands from Brilliant Earth too. We did and the size of the ring that came was rather tight enough for my husband so we went to their office and had it resize without extra cost plus the engraving too. Thank you Brilliant Earth!
