      I have been completely satisfied with Brilliant Earth since becoming a customer over 5 years ago. From the intial purchase process of an angagment ring, to customer support over the past few years, this company has exceeded expectations in their communication and transpareny. I would recommend this business to anyone expecting a high quality product and service.

      Completely ruined my engagement. My fianc ordered a ring that was too big and they wouldnt resize it because they said they could only go down one full size and I needed **** so they made him buy a whole new setting and only gave us $260 metal credit towards the new one from a setting he spent $1100 on just months prior. Then they promised us delivery by December 14th and it didnt come until January, even with hours and hours spent on the phone and online with customer service reps. **** the new ring finally arrived, the center stone was noticeably crooked. Worst experience ever!!

      The level of service and quality are what stands out most. I have bought a few items from brilliant wart and have to say they were great investments. The prompt and level of customer service will make me come back again and again. I highly recommend this company as I have bought jewelry from local jewelers due to proximity and convenience, but as for bigger purchases this is my go to!

      Had to exchange out my ring as I didn't like how high the setting was for daily ********** process and very upfront. Love love my ******* cut natural diamond it is absolutely STUNNING and my new setting now, could not be happier!!!!

      The selection and quality of the jewelry has been top notch. When I made a mistake with the sizing, they made it super simple to correct it and my fianc is over the moon with the ring I purchased. I have and will continue to recommend Brilliant Earth to my friends, and we will be shopping there for wedding bands and more in the future.

      Where to begin? After my own research about lab diamonds I suggested to my now fiance that he purchase my forever ring here.Hes had nothing but horrific customer service from the moment he walked through the showroom door. He didnt receive any emails or retuned phone calls- even whilst trying to purchase a ring.Now, without my ring after dropping it off the day after our engagement for a resize, they have no idea when my ring will be returned. I was given an incorrect window of time- and have spent hours on the phone with their beyond dishonest customer service call center.************* doesnt happen within the next two days we will have to look at a legal resolve.

      Excellent customer service and selection. The ring I ordered came one size too big, I received it back in record time, which is pretty impressive given it was only two weeks before Christmas. Will be returning in the future for any other jewelry purchases.

      Have now bought three rings through Brilliant Earth (BE). They have always been prompt, straightforward and great to deal with. Have not had an issue with them. I am very skeptical of their current ratings as BBB is where people come with complaints about a business. Their scores on ***** ****** Maps, etc. are much higher. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

      I am now very happy with my engagement ring choice. The first setting was cheesy looking. The etching on the band was very irritating, the corners sharp, the band very narrow and it didnt fit. I scheduled a 2nd appointment in their showroom and got great guidance from the manager. She helped me find the perfect setting and size it well. I love their satisfaction guarantee. I completely enjoy my ring and they stuck with me until I was very pleased.
