      I got my engagement ring through Brilliant Earth and had some issues with a stone/prong twice. I have had to get it repaired both times but the process was seamless. The technicians worked quickly, customer service communicated with me kindly and quickly, and the process was easy. They have repaired it for me twice at no cost to me, and have shipped it back to me within a 2-3 week period. Highly recommend!! Very professional!

      I'm so impressed with Brilliant Earth. We purchased a ring 5 years ago and this year I needed to have it resized. The process was so easy! I shipped my ring and it was shipped back to me within 2 weeks I highly recommend this company for all of your jewelry needs

      Excellent service. I felt very comfortable going in and deciding on a ring for a the most important decision of my life. Convenient easy and everyone here did above and beyond. Chocolate in the showroom is delicious! Thank you Brillant Earth!!

      DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS HORRIBLE JEWLER! I have had my engagement ring for less than a year and two diamonds were falling out. They have had my ring since the end of September. It's been fixed and they are refusing to ship it back to me. Claiming it's been in the *** office. I have been requesting multiple returns as my wedding ring 1 WEEK after receiving it is doing the exact same thing. I wish I never bought my rings here. I have been on the phone over 10 times with over 10 different specialists. And then I've been provided with 6 different delivery dates. None of which have come through. It's been over a month since the first delivery date. I've been taking work from home so that I can be here for these deliveries and wasting my *** for this company to not deliver. Their return policy is only 30 days. The rings are cheaply made, too expensive for what they are, and their customer service department is a complete joke. I run a customer service department at fortune 100 company. This is just unreal. I have never experienced such terrible service. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, they can't get back to me until at least 24 hours later and they are calling me at 9pm at night. Believe the bad reviews - They are the truth in this company. I thought I was getting a quality item that was ethically sourced. What a lie that was. These rings are the worst quality. After 10 days my white gold turned yellow and now the stones are falling out of both rings. There is no way in H-E-Double hockey sticks that I will send another ring back or purchase one.

      I would suggest to never go and try on rings here. We went here to try on rings and see which one I like best. We worked with someone and decided on 2 rings. He then said he would send us the links to the ones we tried on.I recently got engaged, and realized immediately that it was neither of the rings we had tried on. I asked my boyfriend if he found a different ring he liked and he looked confused. We went back to the email and virtually tried on the rings we were sent. Come to find out we were sent THE WRONG RING after our appointment. My boyfriend would never know the difference that is why we MADE AN APPOINTMENT to work with someone. All my boyfriend did was click the link to order it. I have talked to several people, and even drove 2 hours to the store and there's nothing they can do for us. Even though it was the employees fault, since it is out of the 30 days, all they can offer is an upgrade where you have to spend 2X MORE on the next ring. This is extremely unprofessional and they only care about your money and not making the customer happy. They should be doing anything they possibly can since one of their employees made a HUGE mistake. So disappointing.

      I absolutely loved my ring that I designed myself. It's an ******* and has diamonds on the band. When there was a mishap with ***** shipping, the team was very responsive with my calls to sort out the issue. I am really happy with this purchase overall.

      Our experience with Brilliant Earth has been a staggering series of delays, misinformation, and outright failures in customer service. We initially scheduled an appointment for an engagement ring consultation two weeks in advance, only to receive a last-minute call canceling it due to "staffing issues." Annoyed but hopeful, we rescheduled at another location and requested a specific ring setting to view, we were assured it would be there by our appointment. Yet, once again, the night before, we were told it hadnt arrived, and we had to reschedule. Each of these cancellations meant rearranging our schedules to accommodate their mistakes.Months later, we attempted to upgrade the diamond. We made four calls to **************** to clarify the process and ensure diamonds in our desired size range would be available at our appointment given the showroom is one hour away, we didnt want to drive there for nothing. Despite repeated calls, we arrived at the showroom only to find not a single diamond in the requested size range. Frustrated, we made yet another appointment, and they promised five diamonds would be available. Two days before the appointment, they reduced this to three, one of which wasnt even in our requested range. Upon arrival, we discovered one of the two remaining diamonds had been sold that same day.Even after selecting a new diamond and leaving the original ring at the showroom for an upgrade, the billing process has been a nightmare. The credit for our old diamond was omitted entirely from the invoice, and repeated calls to **************** yielded no resolution. Each time, we were told to wait another ***** hours for a response, which never came. After over two months, 10+ phone calls, and driving hours back and forth, we still dont have a correct invoice, nor our original ring, and were stuck in limbo with no resolution.If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this business at all costs this level of incompetence is unacceptable.

      I had a really good experience with this company. I lost a small diamond out of a ring after a couple years and they not only repaired it for me but did so free of charge. The staff I dealt with was so friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

      Had ring for only two months, got resized, and four days after getting it back the main stone fell out and nowhere to be found. We were told originally that the main stone was not covered and had to purchase a new one unfortunately. I felt that this was 100% a manufacture defect given the circumstances and was connected to a Resolutions Manager Macee Bitner I have never felt so supported and validated for my experience. She went above and beyond to advocate to higher ups to get this replaced given the circumstances. She was able to get approved and resolved very quickly. Not only was she friendly, heard my concerns, and advocated for me, she followed through and was communicative throughout the entire process. I would give her 10 out of 5 rating if I could. Whoever her boss is, I would say she needs a raise because she restored my faith in Brilliant Earth.
