      Let me be clear to start one star review =ZERO STARS! I have been a VIP Consignor and customer of TRR since the early days and they have steadily gone downhill! As a consignor it appears they are holding on to the customers $$$$ way past what should be allowed for their own cash flow. An item on my consignment sold on 5/5. and the buyer requested a RETURN LABEL on 5/15 (they allow 14 days from shipment and the item must be returned within 21 days otherwise its not returnable and sold. The buyer never returned the item and I reached out to TRR for status and told the item was still open until 6/8. (???what???) I spoke with a rep on 5/30, he confirmed it was SOLD and PAST RETURN and he promised it would be resolved on 6/8 and PAID ON 6/15. Now the ***************** rep is saying 7/15. This is over 70 days since purchase and 30 days past the date they should be paying plus the high end excellent condition designer item has been sold at an extremely insultingly low $$. TRR has some very questionable and bad accounting and business practices and they reduce the consignor to become a COLLECTION AGENCY to get paid! Also, dont bother using their Luxury Managers these people hound you to consign so they can make their numbers and run and hide when you need their help. Its a real $$$ game they play with your property and the people that work for them are NOT experts. Also on the buyer end I was sold a brand new Fendi handbag that I never used and tried to resell to Fashionphile and they informed me it was a FAKE and froze my account until I could prove it was purchased and authenticated by TRR! After much back and forth with TRR I was refunded but not until I reached out to top management. SELLER AND BUYER BEWARE be very careful with this company if you choose to do business and keep your consignments small!

      I wish that I could give negative stars. My experience with TRR is very unsatisfactory. When you consign, you do not receive pricing PRIOR to them listing your items. They list with a price that is unacceptable. For example, my $800 boots in excellent condition were listed for $65. Thats one example and I have several. I do not recommend TRR and you stand a better chance selling on a different platform and selecting your own pricing.

      I purchased an item, I believed it to be fake. I sent it back in to be re-authenticated and was told it was real. While I don't believe them, they gave me no other option than to take it back or to have them consign the item for re-sale. I told them to consign it and now their people keep contacting me to send the item to them for them to consign. These people have no idea what's going on inside their company and the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. I have zero trust in this company.

      Ok! I had a very unhappy ******************************* I have have a very unhappy buyer experience/review. I purchased a purse for a few hundred dollars, I receive the ********* has pink marks on a black purse. They did not show the pink marks in the advertising photographs. It smells like a 90 year old musky woman & the first time i carry it a stone falls off. I notify the ************* just toooo bad claim denied. How is this company still around? There are *********** of nasty reviews online. All I can say is yall are a REAL REAL POS. We the people make your company a success and yall turn a blind eye to an unhappy customer experience who just spent ***** with your company. Yall are a SCAM SCAM SCAM & have under a 2,5 review online. That says it all. I have contacted the better business bureau. YOUR BS wont work forever..

      If there were zero stars Id give that. I purchased a ******************* bag for $1650, the bag, like tons of others on their site, looked pristine so I thought ok its a nice bag half the price. After use the logo peeled off like glue! This bag was authenticated and sold as an authentic Louis ******* therefore I took them at their word. Once the logo started peeling off I contacted them and they said I was past my 21 day period I told them this didnt start until I had used the bag for a while, if it was authentic wed have no problem but you have sold me a counterfeit bag, thats a problem as well as illegal!! If I wanted a counterfeit I would have bought a $50 bag, we went round and round and the girl finally said just re consign it! I said WHY would I try to pass this off as real its VERY OBVIOUS with the logo peeling off its a fake and worth nothing! Finally she agreed to send a shipping label so I shipped it back and have heard theyre working on it. BUYER BEWARE, theres are tons of bags going for 1:2 the price that clearly havent been carried, who would buy a $3200 bag then consign for half. This apparently is HUGE problem for them as well as likely legally a BIG problem, Ill be on them until its resolved. GOOD LUCK to everyone on resolution. Theyre a very wealthy company pushing counterfeits for authentic. Thats been my experience wish Id looked here before buying!

      $700 Dior sandals that were barely worn sold for $245 leaving me with a $134.75 check. DO NOT SELL ANYTHING HERE!I wish I could give zero stars!

      Don't sell with TRR, their advertised commissions and promised credits are fake to lure you in and take your expensive items. There's fees for everything so IF you do get paid it's an insultingly low amount. I do not recommend this business to anyone!

      I cancelled my consignment with The RealReal and was told by their Consignor Relations Team that it would take up to 30 days for my consignment items to be shipped back to my address. We are now over the 30 day **** and I have not seen my items nor have I received a tracking number from them. Their reps are no help and have promised that theyve escalated to their internal relations team, but I have not heard anything. Im starting to think I was scammed by this company because I am not getting the help I need and the messages Ive been receiving are very base line and generic.

      Worst experience ever I sold some ***** Vuitton boots ?? & @ ***** purse March 9th I signed up for direct deposit somehow they said I signed up for in-store credit one day the next they said they mailed it now today they are saying it wasn't mailed nobody seems 2 know anything I just want my money

      I purchased a Louis ******* sweater, the item stated X-large very good condition. It was very small. I received the item May 2, 2024 and returned it May 3, 2024 @ the ******** store. I was told the refund will be issued after 7-10 business days. I have sent numerous emails and called many times requesting the status of my refund. I was told over and over that it needs more authentication before they can issue my refund. This is ridiculous because no one can give me an answer. Please DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE! Very disappointed and wont be giving them anymore of my money. Today is May 23 and no refund YET!
