  I sent items for sale and it is a complete scam. My fur coat was stolen, multiple items expensive items were damaged during TRR processing and many items were listed incorrectly with wrong sizing or condition. It has taken endless hours of chasing to get someone to respond with lots of promises a now two months later, no resolution. Ive emailed the *** and not surprisingly I didnt receive a reply, which seems to be the standard - make it as difficult as possible so the customer gives up! Additionally, I purchased items listed as pristine and with tags and they were faded, smelly and worn.Unfortunately TRR has turned into a SCAM.

  The RealReal is a FRAUD. This was my first experience selling my ************************************* shoes because they were to m=small. My vision was to sell these so that I could use the money to purchase another pair. IN my communication with the fraudulent company, I was told that I could always have my item retuned to me. I received an email that my shoes had been valued at $435 (good condition). On Sunday, April 14 I receive an email that my shoes sold and that my "commission" would be $261. I am furious to say the least! I had every intention on having my shoes returned to me because I did not agree with the assessment. I will do everything in my power to educate people that the way this company does business is a detriment to people and they are not an organization that can be trusted.

  I purchased a ring. The order said shipped. I went to track it a few days later. My status was pending upon receiving my package at **** They never shipped it. When I messaged tech support they just said it was delayed and then shipped it dhl. This is poor customer service. I will never buy from them again. Selling with them is a scam so dont do it. They are only going to give you pennies for what you consign with them.

  The real robbery is what they should be called. I gave them 3 pair of shoes all purchased for 1000+ 2 pairs of YSL heels never worn, brand new slight scuff they sold for $65 they kept decreasing the price to sell them and funny cause they were never out of the box. I will Never use them again. They totally rip you and sold all my stuff for less than the same shoes I saw there months later in worse condition. To see a post I spent 1295 worn 1 time mint condition sold for under $100 is sickening. Be ware if you use them they will totally rip you off

  scam after scam ...ship you smelly cloths under pretense it is" pristine " and apply unreported charges in my case over 50% surcharges which showed up on my credit card

  I co-signed my YSL purse over a year ago. I didnt receive payment and when I reached out to The RealReal to inquire about my payment, they said the check had already been sent and cashed. They had me fill out an affidavit, have it notarized and mailed to them. I emailed them a copy and mailed them the original. They next said I had to wait up to 6 months for their bank to complete an investigation. I waited the 6 months and when I reached out hoping theyd have answers/a resolution, they said they never received the affidavit. I asked why they waited the 6 months to tell me this and they just said I must mail another notarized affidavit and wait another 6 months for investigation- thats ridiculous. It has now been well over a year and I never got paid.

  This is a review of their mobile app. It's crappy and faulty. I spent 30 minutes trying to get into my account today and kept getting error messages. And the app didn't recognize my email and/or password.They need to spend more time fixing their mobile app. I can get into the site with my desktop computer but not the cell phone/mobile device.

  My girlfriend sold through the Real Real and everything was sold very cheap. Rip-off. Don't consign or do business with these crooks.

  I ordered a pair of shoes they sent wrong size I sent it back for my refund mar/14 still haven't got my money via apple pay... 'To return eligible items, you must request a return within 14 days of in-store purchase or original shipment date, and return the item(s) within 21 days of in-store purchase or original shipment date.'....... i brought phylio nylon mesh sneakers for $358.00 on mar.7.2024 recived them on the 14th they were way to small i orderd an 11 they sent a 9 i immeadiatly sent them back they got the shoes on the 18th gave me the run around for my money back its april 3 they have the shoes and i still havent recived my money this s*** is a scam scam. someone needs to file a lawsuite against them..... hate this site NEVER SHOP WITH THEM
