      I had a power outage Jan 7-8 2023 on the 8th my electric was back on no problem as a customer for 3 + years when I needed help they worked on the problem with no hesitation I'm very impressed may god bless the team who gave ** back our electric from ******,**

      The company didn't properly close our account after we moved out of **********. Now they're coming after ** for power charges we didn't even use.

      We had gotten a tru-up bill so we tried to setup the reoccurring payments for it several times and it would not work, after the last setup which did not go through again and of which we had no knowledge of the company turned off the power to our house out of the blue and without any prior notice. If a middle class family has to go through this process imagine the poor people who cannot afford electricity because of this company!

      WORST COMPANY ON PLANET EARTH! They changed out my gas heater without notice. My dogs were locked inside with a CRAZY amount of gas fumes for who knows how long. WTF! My dogs better be ok...

      ****** recently sent out lying messages to consumers, as to what the reason was for power outages. ****** even said to not charge your awesome electric car. He knows the truth. DUMB LIBERAL IDEAS. Absolute LIARS !!!!!!

      Has rolling blackouts for 1-2hrs when individuals are getting back from school and/or work. During the hottest days of the year, 113, not to mention during the hottest times of the day. This can effect individuals health. People that *** not be able to afford a generator or afford somewhere to go. Does not reimburse for loss of food. Does not matter the amount of "warning" time they, there are folks that *** not have a place to go during this time.

      I am on the *** program and also on a fixed income.I spent $750 of the $1000 I get on my Pg&E **** this month.Well apparently it didn't count twords the forgiven amount.I made it by the due date but because it was after 5 it was considered late.I was never told that when signing up for the program just that it had to be paid on the date.If PG&E cared about their customers,which we know they don't,then they would find a middle ground with me but it was just sorry can't do anything.Awful company
