Worst power company ever. Living near **************, it's almost monthly our areas power goes out. I can understand weather events, but thats not what I'm talking about. There could be no accidents, wind, and a beautiful 70 degree day and the power will STILL go out. I've lived in a developing country and they had better infrastructure and service than PG&E.

AND THEY KEPT RE DIRECTING TO OTHER PEOPLE.My HUSBAND OVERPAID AND HE TRIED OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO HAVE @ LEAST PART OF THE PAYMENT RETURNED TO HIS CARD. HE WAS TOLD THE **** WOULD HAVE TO DO THAT. HE CALLED THE ****, THE **** STATED PG&E IS SUPPOSED TO RETURN PART OF THE PAYMENT.NEEDLESS TO SAY PG&E WOULDN'T RETURN PART OF OUR PAYMENT. GREEDY. ***************KARMA IS SO REAL.CAN'T WAIT FOR KARMA TO HIT THEM RIGHT IN THEIR POCKETS.

I have PGE I pay online with my credit card as I get rewards but I also have my bank account. Twice they showed my card didn't go through which is not true as I pay my card off each month. So they take it out of my bank account. When I called them to reverse that and use my card the said they can't do that which is a lie. My bank said it's fraudelent and to take my bank info out and file a complaint with CA public commission so I did. I also took all my payment info out. They have quite a lot of bad reviews and I understand why.

Moved into a new place in 4/1/2023. When I tried to start service at this property, I was all but called a liar about my affiliation with a previous renter that had run up a ******* bill. They refused to allow me to start service stating that people do this sort of thing often. They run up a huge bill and then put it in someone else's name to avoid paying. It is highly unethical to charge someone for another person's debt. PG&E has monopolized the electric in this area so I have no other option than to use them for power. I should not have to be punished or spoken to like I was because they believe they are being scammed. Clearly they are the scammers.

Poor service!!! I require cable swab service because my old main panel has a broken part that is extremely dangerous; I am temporarily keeping it on with a wood stick. But they didn't care and kept canceling my appointment due to bad weather, even though it didn't rain in my area, and they had already canceled 5 times. The express line connection to schedule an appointment never has anyone answer the phone, and they never return calls even when you leave messages. They always charge excessive rates and never work. It is preferable to go solar than to pay for them.

Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with their response to power outage after the storm. I live in Pacific Grove in Monterey county. Every day I receive a message from PG&E company announcing the imminent restoration of the electricity. And every day the expected day changes. We lost electricity in the morning of Tuesday March 14, and according g to their latest message on March 16, the electricity will be restored on March 18 @10pm. They keep pushing the date forward. Their incompetence is frustrating.

I have been dealing with the billing with them for awhile now and I tried to call them and workout a possible billing issue and they won't help me. my billing increased dramatically and when i try to go into detail they tell me they can't but when I asked if my issue could be a possible gas leak they jumped to send out a service worker to investigate but still refuse to talk to me about the billing information. All I wanted was to find out more about my billing and they just are beating around the **** and refuse to talk with me. Absolutely the worst customer service I have had and I have dealt with a lot of bad companies. if 0 stars was an option this company would be at a 0.

1st PG&E doesn't fix their faulty wiring and they burn northern ********** down and raise the rates on **! Then after I escaped with my life and chihuahuas, they're killing us in cheap little payments not to lose their precious stinkin money! My friend I was ********** north just had a stroke and it's not looking good and greedy PG&E is sitting on billions of dollar$! I hope they get their karma and die before they get paid! Cuz that's what they're doing to us! Killing us with cheap little installment payments or none at all! It's been 5 stinkin years and these crooks are only at 60% done paying us off! God help us. 5years & they've only paid just HALF of what they owe us! On top of that the so-called fire attorneys are working with PG&E so we aren't getting paid what we should be!!

Feb. 2022 I sold my rental property and cancelled my services through PGE online as well as following up with the cancellation by calling PGE ***************** I explained that I was selling the house and no longer required an account for that address. They confirmed that my online request was received, that was all. Now, 1 year later, Feb. ********************************************************************* Jan/Feb 2023. I haven't owned the home for a year and now I am being billed for services!? After 2 phone calls and 80 minutes of hold and transfers, I was informed that I should have been told last year that I needed to submit my request BY MAIL or FAX only to cancel my landlord agreement. PGE customer service failed to provide this info a year prior thus I was unaware of this added step to cancel my account. I am requesting that the bill for usage in Jan/Feb 2023 be cancelled and that PGE should bill the current owner of that home as I have not owned it for 1 year now. It is unethical to expect a previous owner to pay for utilities on a home they've had no vested interest in for 12 months. It is also unethical to not provide an account holder with all the info and steps needed to shut down an account, as I took the known steps I could to cancel my account last year and was not instructed otherwise when I contacted PGE. I'm asking that PGE investigates this issue and cancels any bills to me during the time I had zero ownership in the home. I can provided closing documents to show the house was sold if necessary.

Moved out of CA in august 2020. 1.5 years later PGE sends me a bill even though I paid my final bill and they closed the account in august. When I called I asked for bill that shows the amount I owned, they could not provide since the account was closed. I asked them for more information but none came. Now its dec 2022 and got a letter from a collection agency For $200 and they cannot provide me with any information either. I just have to pay they said. Guess PGE is trying to get so additional revenue to recover from burning down CA.
