      In January 2025 I had a background check ran by Clipboard which is a platform for nurses to pick up shifts. I have been on this platform since 2021 and Ive had background checks run on me from check our and I have fingerprints and *** checks ran on me once a year checkr ran a background check on me and came back with fraudulent or false information regarding a charge. I have provided them with my ********** anddrivers license. I have provided them with identity theft report, and to no avail they come back until say that this is accurate they had me reaching to ********* retrieval service whom they said they got the report from when I reached out to them. They told me they cannot speak to me directly. I have barred from the platform as a nurse, which now I cannot pay for my childs college and I need this to be rectified. I have asked them to provide me with proof of arrest record proof of a booking photograph that ties me to a case, and they havenot provided anything.

      On January 16th 2025 I received my background check back from checker for an employee to hire me. The background check contained information from you 20 years ago for now criminal convictions misdemeanors and so on. I live in the state of **************. ************** has the 7-year look back law on background checks for employment. Checker cause me to lose this job because of a record that happened in 2016 which is 8 and 1/2 years ago. That is almost 9 years ago and that is Way beyond the seven years that they were supposed to say into I did contact check and tell them to take it off so the employee will hire me they refused. And so I wrote a dispute to the employer and let them know that is after 7 years they are not supposed to consider that **** on my background check for any conviction. I did explain the situation that I was innocent I pleaded out to a lesser charge for a good reason. For my family. So I guess the reason why I'm complaining is the fact is that checker has a right to put outdated information on the background check even though the state that I live in in ************** has the seven year look back law for **************.

      This company appears to make it policy to withold their support telephone number, which is probably an ADA ********** Their links don't work, their email support form doesn't work, and their AI chat tries to divert me to an account that I don't have as my test was bought through an intermediary that has an exclusive arrangement with Checkr. This leaves them only a razor margin away from fraud in my opinion.

      I applied to become an **** Driver, my background report showed my drivers license was cancelled so I went to the *** and fixed it. My drivers license is active now but your company wont update my background report and I already uploaded and emailed the new drivers license which it has the same drivers license number. Please let me know if I have to pay something or help me update my record so I can work for ****

      I'm a victim of Human Trafficking. These Cases number's "2019 CR B ******, 2017 CR B ******, and 2016 CR B ******" are a direct result of me being a victim of human trafficking.       Background check done by checkr. Said my licence is suspended to which it's not. So door dash fired me. I asked them to fix it and they have not. Its now defamation of character. I purchased a drivers abstract and have sent proof to them and they still refuse to fix it.

      This company is a scam. I paid them a lot of money to perform an employment background check for me. They took my money, said they completed the background check, yet didn't provide me with any information. I reached out to customer service, and they just blew me off. There are so many other good companies doing similar work, please use one of them instead.

      I continue to have something pop up through the 3 credits bureaus about criminal record. I have disclosed a court document that states the facts that it is expunged and over 10yrs ago. so I am asking that you can help me get this removed from my credit and a couple of thing that **** did that was also related.

      I am writing to formally address issues with the handling of my background check report. Checkr has failed to comply with its obligations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Florida consumer protection laws.Key Issues:Excessive Delays: My background check report has been pending for over six months and canceled four times Why? "problems with my withdrawing my consent in the past" an issue that was clarified already, they even have ran and completed reports for the same company after that, and keep bring up this issue every time just to delay the report cancel it and have me go back to the employer in circles over and over again for no reason.Failure to Provide Documentation: Despite my several written requests, I have not received copies I requested of my past background reports and the consent forms related to them I requested via email.They respond with links to a none existing candidate portal that never works and refuse to email me the information (if you are lucky to get an answer)Unresponsiveness: My repeated phone calls, emails, and written requests for clarification have been ignored, preventing me from disputing errors or resolving the matter.Unprofessionalism: despite all this reports being canceled last year they canceled my report and still provided information to Lyft with out completing my report."Notice of any adverse actions related to the reports." DO NOT EXIST FOR THEM.Their failures have caused significant inconvenience and harm, including income lost, job opportunities and emotional distress].Resolution Demanded:-To resolve this matter, I demand the following within 3 days of receipt of this email:-A complete copy of my most recent background report for Lyft.Documentation of all my consents related to Lyft.-Immediate completion of the cancelled background report and a clear explanation of the delays and all 4 cancellations in this past 6 months .Regards,******* *****.

      You continue to ignore my requests for copies of my past reports and consent documents because if you send them then you would have no way to keep lying and making up excuses to delay my report.

       

      Since july this year you continue to cancel my report because according to you I withdrew my consent and its obvious that you are lying, I dont know what else to do to  let you know that
