      Sneak in charges without warning. Never elected for a county search in my Basic Background check for employees but I paid for it. Asked for a refund for this sneaky charge but they refused. I hate how scammy these background check services are.

      This is not a business. It is a labyrinth of A.I. corridors that leads you back to where you were. There are no people. Dead internet theory is true.

      I checked BBB before ordering a personal background check report from Checkr for $50, saw they had an A+ rating, and so paid the money. I should have checked other sources, how can they possibly have an A+ BBB rating when their TrustPilot rating is almost entirely 1-star reviews. The website said the *** report "Searches databases, like lending institutions, utilities, schools, and credit card companies to provide basic information about a social security number such as associated names and addresses." I got none of that back from TrustPilot, I got only information I gave them initially and "*** Trace Complete" with zero details. This is a false advertising scam website, I was robbed, other people will be robbed as well. The product I purchased was the "Personal Background Check" at this site *************************************************************

      if I could give it zero stars, I would I am beyond outraged with this companys handling of my background check. They initially gave me an estimated completion date, which has long passed, and here I amEIGHT days laterstill waiting. Tomorrow marks the eighth day, and nothing has been done. No updates, no urgency, no accountability.This delay has left me completely out of commission, unable to work or earn any income. I have bills to pay, a family to support, and responsibilities piling up while this company sits back and does nothing.Its absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and downright obnoxious how they continue to operate with no regard for the people depending on them. A background check should not take this longespecially when peoples livelihoods are on the line. Get it together. This is disgraceful.

      This company hasnt came back with my background check and its been over a month and Im still waiting! Im still getting the Same ChatGPT response of waiting 3-7 business days when its been Longer than that. They are costing me money that I could be making and its highly frustrating honestly.

      ************************. Information on thier background check isnt factual. Isnt correct. I work for the govt full time and do gig work on the weekends. This company doesnt respond, blames the hig companies, gig companies blame them and round and round it goes. I can pass a federal law enforcement background check 4 times a year but these people cant get it right. ???? same issue Ive had corrected with 3 gig companies but still an issue every single time and they still cant tell me what the problem is.

      **************** doesn't exist. You can't get a live human on a phone. Comminication is only via email and its is super slow. I don't think this company is legit. BBB should take another look.

      This company has taken over 3 weeks to complete a background check and when I supposedly chat with a live agent she couldn't tell me what county their waiting on to complete my background.

      Worst company ever. Needs to be investigated by *** and probably the ***. **** this company down already theyre garbage. It should be illegal to not have representatives that can assist you. If you call all you get is a robot that tells you to email them. If you email all you get is a reponse telling you too bad so sad. This company is absolute garbage

      I am trying to apply through **** and Lyft and unfortunately, I received an email from both companies stating that I am not eligible because my drivers license is suspended which is not at all true whatsoever. I have all proof and legal documentation stating that my drivers license is valid and legal, and **** and Lyft are telling me that I have to contact checker. I have tried numerous amount of times to contact checker regarding these false information I have also reached out to a legal representation and received advice that checker does not update their system every 30 days like theyre legally allowed to. I am one of many that has unfortunately fall victim to accompany, providing false information to an employer. At this time, I am not receiving any help from **** Lyft or checker to resolve the issue not sure what to do next besides pursue legal action against checker
