      Terrible service. I use to use ******** which was taken over by this company, Checkr. The old platform and reports were great through ********. The reports and service provided by Checkr are useless and not worth a fraction of what they charge. Not even a small fraction. Don't waste your time or money. I will use a different service for my new hires. The report they provide includes nothing of value. Have to go through hoops if you wanted a credit check on a new employee. The rest of the information they provide is useless.

      Been waiting for my basic background check and the company can't move forward without it. They have already cost me a number of other jobs because of there incompetent business practices. They will send one company one background check and then another a different one with different things on it and then say nothing because there's no way to speak to anyone and they send you a AI that says not our problem basically. How is this what's deciding our fate when it comes to employment? Scary to think real companies use them.

      Terrible company. Told me it would be 3 to 7 days for background check. Then told me a month and now telling me another 3 weeks. No phone number to call. Absolutely the worst company for a background check

      No customer service. Gives you the constant run around and regurgitates the same spiel over and over. Is currently denying me my ability to work over updating my driver's license. Says you're talking to an actual person. You're not. This company is fraudulent and needs to be sued for the ridiculous amounts of people they harm. And all the reviews online are all one star. So, idk how much they're paying you to receive an A+ rating? But, you need to be investigated too if that's the case.

      I paid $50 for a background check on myself because I need some information for an application. After receiving notification from Checkr that the report was complete I signed in to look at it. The report contains no details of anything. It basically just shows that it ran a report. So they charged me $50 to just tell me that they ran a background check on me but I have none of the details that I need. After going back and forth with the ** chat and email I have yet to receive any meaningful information on how to access the details of the report, if thats even possible. Im not sure if there are any real people at this company, as the customer service department appears to be all **.

      This Company is very Unprofessional for the Public Consumer. This Company was paid for a background check on me. They attained an Inaccurate report on me and sent it to the Employer I was trying to get Employment with. They sent me a copy, also stating they used Artificial Intelligence for this report. They sent it inaccurate MVR report they clearly shows Valid Status of My Driver's license and they add that I'm PROHIBITED TO CDL. This is the reason I didn't get the Job. If My Department of Motor Vehicle Report show My CDL are Valid Status,Why did this Company add an say I'm Prohibited to drive . I paid for my report because they had me confused as to How They Did A Background check and Received this Inaccurate Incorrect Information. This Company is not trustworthy for Business. I filed a Federal Trade Commissioner REPORT AND CFBP COMPLAINT AGAINST CHECKR INC

      Worst background check ever, there is no information on that background check. I did it on myself to see where I have lived and that info is nowhere on it. It just tells you if you're *** offender or not. I didn't need to pay $50 for that. Scam, I want a refund.
