      I purchased the Hers program and the pills supplied did not work..when I asked for an appetite suppressant they suggested another medication for even more money. At this point I would like a refund but doubtful that will happen..so I really want others to know not to waste their money.

      I ordered ****** combination tablet 3 month supply for $177. I took it for 3 days and experienced severe heartburn. I canceled my subscription and notified of the side effect through the ap. I was advised this may be a common side effect and was advised to seek medical attention. I was offered a partial refund of $53. I requested a full refund and offered to ship the product back. I saw a local doctor and had out-of-pocket medical expenses related to this prescription and Im only seeking a full refund of $177 in the amount of the product that was sold to me.

      I used Hims one time and got on their mailing list. I ended my subscription, but continued to receive e-mail messages. One e-mail message said, 'check out our new services'. I clicked on the message and it took me into the 'you have renewed your subscription' part of the page. I closed the page.Two days later I get a credit card notice that they've charged my credit card and mailed a product. I had put their e-mail address in my junk folder after the e-mail.I never agreed to renew my subscription.They refuse to refund my money or take my returned product in the original box never opened.

      They reactivated my subscription without telling me after I canceled and charged me anyway. I have the cancellation email still from back in March. I logged in and saw it was turned back on, so I canceled for a 2nd time. This seems to be a common thing and is fraud.

      Recently I went onto to hers and was looking at their weightloss programs. They offer certain subscription based products. I went ahead and subscribed to the plan that APPEARS to be 165 a month for 12 months. It is unclear that they will charge you the entire lump sum. My bank denied this transaction and canceled my card. I do not keep more than one grand in this account. I went into hers and canceled the subscription after realizing. Fast forward to today. I finally have a new card. I have entered this card into just ******. Woke up this morning to hers charging my card that they do not have on file for the canceled subscription. How in the world did they obtain my new card information? How did they try to run a canceled subscription? So here I am with another canceled card, and hoping this shady company stops trying to steal from me if I get another replacement.

      05/15/2025, I have been getting a weight loss medication with hers since September 2024, at ****** a month. This month I paid for my prescription, was waiting for it to ship and my order was cancelled. I had to redo the entire process to get prescribed the medication, and was told that I now had to pay ****** for a 3 month subscription, but they had already taken my ****** and it hadn't been returned yet. I contacted customer service more than once, and they didn't offer any resolution to the issue, I still haven't received my refund and I had to front the ****** since the medication needs to be taken weekly, and I need the new prescription to ship.

      Hims hard pills I was not aware of an active subscription and now my bank is in overdraft I cannot afford this payment at this time please I need a refund and cancellation of subscription Thank you

      I asked for a prescription on hairloss pills 30 days which should have been $80 but i get charged $175. They added an extra item without my consent.
