      Ordered medication, was charged full amount and still after 2 weeks no shipment. Asked for refund since not shipped and was told since it was filled they cannot return my money. Nothing has been shipped no sign of shipment. Reached out to cancel was told I couldn't sine filled and also they were going to charge me for next shipment in 6 months .

      On 5/15 my account was automatically charged $175 for an automatic subscription I was completely unaware of and have had complete and utter difficulty reaching any form of customer service to speak with me in attempt to resolve this issue. There was no warning of this payment coming. The practice from hims is extremely shady in how they handle renewals as most subscribers seemingly online are unaware they were tied in to a 6 month renewal which was not clear by HIMS for myself either. There is no clear way to contact HIMS for any sort of resolution in a timely manner as my account would charged and the money would be gone prior to even being reached out to by support from their staff. As well their practice of cancellations and renewals are intentionally misleading and difficult to navigate within their application as they advertise to speak directly with chat yet have no access to do so. There was no email to provide that my payment would be taken from my account on this day and there is still nothing of proof other than the applications order ID, and my account being charged. Their practice feels as though they are attempting to sneakily charge unsuspecting customers with no warning. In the photos provided, I have a left a screenshot of my emails received from HIMS, towards the end of 2024 they attempted to do this exact practice but were unsuccessful as my account being charged at the time would not allow the payment to go through. At that time they were extremely quick to email me and get to me and make me aware of the situation at hand. With this current charge you can see no forewarning and no communication.

      I am filing this complaint against Hims (ForHims, Inc.) due to their failure to cancel subscription in a timely fashion thus causing a charge to push through. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company, I have been unsuccessful.On March 6th 2025, I signed up for a subscription to receive hair loss medication from Hims after seeing an online advertisement. I was under the impression that the service was able to be cancelled anytime, and within the hour I decided to back out and initiated the cancellation request before any product had been even scheduled to be fulfilled.However, despite receiving a cancellation notice, the product was nonetheless shipped out 3 days later. I am requesting a full refund of $175 and confirmation that my personal data and payment information have been securely removed from their system. Additionally, I would like a formal acknowledgment of the issue and assurance that the same situation will not happen to other customers.

      HIMS said their product would be $35/month then proceeded to take out $175! They are refusing to give me my money back even though I refused the product sent by mail. I am taking them to court to get my money back and emotional distress since this occurred at the end of April, and I had rent due. Their charge caused me to fall short on rent so I got evicted.

      This has to do with auto-renewal of a Hims GLP-1 prescription. The first 90-day prescription was issued 25 February. 74 days later, they auto-renewed and charged me another $897 on 10 May. I was planning to cancel within a few days as I was close to achieving my weight loss goals. I understand refilling a prescription just a few days in advance but over two weeks is excessive and predatory. Further, it involved several steps and close following of instructions to find the "cancel button."

      I ordered weight loss drugs from Hers. They ship something like a 3mo supply and within the first week I developed a rash. I contacted Hers and they instructed me to stop taking the product. It seems I'm allergic. I had only opened 2 of the 5 shipped bottles and they are refusing to refund me for the unused supply.

      I am disputing a recent charge from Hims that was processed without any prior notice or confirmation. I was not informed that a payment would be withdrawn, and I did not authorize this transaction at the time it was charged. Additionally, I am currently managing essential expenses such as rent, and this unexpected deduction has caused financial strain.I respectfully request that this charge be reversed and that the funds be returned to my account. Please let me know if any further documentation is required.

      This company is giving out compounding GLP-1s with very little questioning or follow up. A 13yrs old girl was able to order an injectable with in minutes and was charged $2,000.When I found the charge I tried to reach out to the company and cancel the order. It was well with in their 48hr cancelation policy. They give no option to cancel directly on the website. The customer service line said that they respond in less than 4hrs, it took over 24hrs for them to respond. At that point even though the product hadnt shipped they said it had and that they couldnt cancel. If anyone can get that medication so fast without a medical apt or any verification someone is going to get seriously hurt. This company is putting people at risk by allowing anyone to order regardless of age or weight. My niece has an eating disorder and this could have killed her. There should have been verification and check points. Clearly the company does not care about that and only wants to collect their money.

      They did NOT make it clear that I was going to get charged 300$ for their subscription. I was charged May 4th, and then took me hours to finally cancel their subsciption. I am expecting my refund but I still haven't received anything for the past 10 days.

      I logged into Hims for the first time to get information about hair loss. They asked for my bank information saying I would not be charged until I spoke with a provider. They do not let you continue unless you give them this information. Within 3 minutes, they charged me $264 without my consent and sent a medication I did not want or approve of. I immediately cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund within 5 minutes. They told me that they couldnt stop the delivery and that they do not accept returns. This business has found a way to scam people and completely get away with it. They also deleted my responses to cancel and replaced them with automated messages

      They are claiming that they cant do anything because i disputed the charge through my bank. This is a lie and a made up rule by HIMS. They could easily refund my money and claiming their hands are tied. They dont need my $264. They are a huge business! Please refund me my money!

      As you can see in the response email they sent me, since my payment has been disputed through my bank, the charge is frozen in their system, and they have no way to alter this charge.

      That is absolutely not true. This is the language they use to scam tens of thousands of people. Any business, at any time, can issue a refund. There is no excuse.
