      I went for a personal loan and they told me that my credit usage was too high. Although on my credit report, it's only 3% usage and that my income wasn't good enough. But I make a $188000 a my income to Loan ratio was too high although I only owe very little.This also involved the hard hit to my credit. Which of course, affected it negatively? I want that reversed.

      I filed a similar complaint against ***************** for refusing to refund me money that they said they didnt charge me for. However, the proof is in my bank account. The issue with my bank, SoFi, is that they have been extremely unhelpful throughout this process. They have restricted my account because I called and said that ***************** had charged me too many times and that there was someone who logged into my account on an unknown device. I dont suspect fraud though because the agent told me and I quote this was an error on our end but PROCEEDED to lock down my account for 72 hours even though it was their error. They have also been no help with getting me the refund from ***************** because they said the pending charge will have to post while being disputed. Every time I call something different is said. I cant get anyone who will help me with the issue at hand. ***************** says to contact my bank SoFi and my bank says contact *****************. Its a never ending process that has hindered my ability to pay my bills like I stated in the other complaint. I am at a loss as to what to do except complain because no one has been helpful and everyone has been copying and pasting the same answer when I try to chat. Phone calls are no different. Its like they dont understand what Im saying at all because I clearly stated for two disputes to be cancelled due to the fact that I discovered $31 and $29 from ***************** were the legitimate charges while $136.96 was the one I was trying to dispute. I asked them to cancel they investigation and they said we will continue the investigation regardless of my claim stating those two smaller charges were legitimate. This makes me want to switch banks and I need someone who understands what is actually going on to contact me. This is affecting my daily life and bills. I have no credit cards to use. This is it. My paycheck comes here too. Please help me! Attached below are some of the chats.

      Early in the year I disputed a charge from Avant. SoFi did their investigation and and found probable cause and reimbursed me the money Avant took out. I was told I can only block the merchant by giving them an exact amount. Which I did. A few months later Avant took more money out from my account (in different amounts 2x- $165.48 and 1x- $15) When I disputed these transactions the dispute was denied because it was a civil case involved. I informed them that my account was active and NOT in any court of law. They told me it would be reopened and sent to the back end to be resolved. They lied to me and I was told it was already closed and they arent doing anything for me. However, the same exact investigation conducted the first time would be needed to be repeated and they would have the same exact results! I called everything in so they will have recordings of these conversations and emails.

      I have a bank account with them and one day I logged on only to find that my account has been blocked. I have contacted them NUMEROUS times to find out why and straighten it out and everytime I call they can NEVER tell me why I am blocked and the only advice they give me to get this resolved is that they will put in an order to escalate my problem. It has rocked on for going on a year now with no end in sight. I only have around $30 left in the acct but thats slot to me because my husband has recently had to retire early due to health issues that we didnt foresee coming. Can you please help me?

      I am rejecting this response because: NO- they are trying to keep the complaint quiet and consumers need not waste their time with this company and others like it- They are tricking consumers into products that they do not initially request and then inundating their credit reports with several inquiries to push other co op companies associated with them and their services that are also useless.

      Well where do I start Im not accepting for a company well should I say supposedly my bank just literally rob me in clear view you guys are a fraud and should be ashamed of yourself I will take this as deep as I could ever go with the bbb , with every angle I have to because I dont find the reason why do yoi guys wanna steal from an older lady nobody gives a clear answer when I ask who gave you guys permission to reopen the investigation when the merchant agreed that it was an error and that they have sent out my money but guess my bank SoFi wants to stay with it when they dont have nothing to do with it at all just represent me as my bank but no you guys are just robbing me buts its ok Ill get my laugh at the end Im doing a police report as we speak and because you guys will not get away with the fraud you guys are doing . Where in the world have you ever heard a financial company like SOFI literally make up something to stay with my own money that the merchant sent to you guys already for me because **** was my money , so Im writing this so it dont happen to no one else . I made a dispute in march to a company that stoled my money you guys SOFI THE ********** , rejected my dispute in less them 24 hours which is oddd nowwww the merchant finally gets back to me through email which I have proof saying that there sorry fir what happen that they have sent me my money back for those charges that happen in march they have sent it to my bank SoFi the fraud bank and this is where it gets good with out my permission or anything so they could clean up there shady ways to steal they reopen the dispute that they denied in march and then tells me that theyre denying it again and guess what and stay with my money that the merchant paid already does that make sense to you guys between me and a company that admitted they did an error and they sent me my money back **** now you guys wanna stay with the money rather to give it back to the owner after Ive waited months

      Recieved a 4000 check and as soon as the check arrived some one broke into my account and charged to some global company that I dont know with a fake phone number unauthorized transaction out of my account I called Sofi in the middle of it and they did nothing telling me it would have to post and I would have to dispute it which I did, but they wont accept a dispute. I filed with the identity, theft government agency I report about ****** theyre threatening to put it into collections and on my credit and I would not like to have that
