      This company has the worst customer service. I mean when you call you're asked about your card number, well what happens if it's stolen? Spent numerous hours with incompetent support playing the game where they say what they want and never deliver. Thus, requires calling back a bunch of times. What a waste, this bank was almost perfect. Then I opened a discover bank account and discovered what real customer service is.

      Hello, I opened a credit card with SoFi with a promotion that was being offered through a partner of theirs, Credit Karma. The promotion over two benefits, one of which was $200 back once I spent over $1,500. I opened the credit card on May 31st and easily satisfied the $1,500 requirement. On June 2nd, I confirmed with **************** the credit karma bonus and that it would need to be honored manually. I have not received bonus and reached out to SoFi on the status of said bonus on September 10th - ID *********. Rep ****** responded as follows:The promotion request has been denied due to one of the following reasons: ***** reward points were provided on 06/07/2022 as the welcome bonus. Now, this is clearly erroneous and my follow *** to that message have not been responded to despite me verifying the $200 promotion on June 2nd as well as the fact that I would not have accepted $10 instead of a $200 bonus.I see full payment of the $200 bonus and have uploaded the promotional link and customer service verification on June 2nd as otherwise, this is false marketing, and I was misled by a promotion that was not honored.

      SoFi has frozen my account for days leaving me without a way to buy groceries or pay my rent. They accepted 2 deposits on Thursday total over ******* and then told me I had no access to my money. I do not have credit cards with them nor do I have a loan with them yet they had frozen my money and claimed on Thursday that my money would be returned to my business account by Friday. It is now Saturday afternoon and my account is still frozen and they have yet to return over $1200 to me. They said that my transferred funds previously had been returned to the previous bank my business account yet they had not. Ive gone through everything with a fine tooth comb and at this point theres over $1000 missing that was transferred to them and it has supposedly vanished. They have zero explanation for this and are unapologetic and very rude to me when trying to get to the bottom of it. They arent willing to stay on the phone to try and resolve it with my other bank. They have left me for days now Without access to my money which should not be the case. I am now going to have late fees for my rent all because of their negligence

      On 2 Sept there was a mobile deposit started, on 3 Sept I called to see why it was delayed and when it would be available. I was told it could be stopped and I could take it to another institution to be cashed since they said it would be a full week for processing. This was a lie as they did not stop the processing and also the law doesn't allow it to happen. Several times since I begged them to correct this by sending the money I cashed elsewhere to them plus a fee and they insist they won't. I legal** cannot do so as that would be a federal crime and on** they can fix this. They were told multiple times this, the correct information to fix the issue with the other bank and still refuse to follow the law, insisting I break the law and transfer the money myself even after I tell them the *** verified they are legal** the o ** ones able to fix this with a simple transfer of that money and insisting I do it is a violation of both federal and state law because no person or institution can coerce anyone into breaking the law.

      My phone was stolen on 09/10/22. The perpetrator used the stolen phone to empty my bank account . Sofi credited my account for the stolen funds. The same day they froze my account. They are now holding my funds claiming they are doing a review. Currently I have not a single dollar. I have phoned sofi every day. They have no answers to give me. Due to an approaching storm I cannot even evacuate at this point. I live in ******* and am awaiting the arrival of hurricane **** . Currently sofi refuses to tell me even when they are planning to finish their "Review". The fraud department has stated they are finished with their investigation and issued the credits. I NEED MY FUNDS RELEASED. PLEASE HELP. Currently my life depends on it.

      SoFi offers 1% interest, and 2% if you set up Direct Deposit, which I set up in April, 2022.A few months ago, the interest rate dropped to 1%. I contacted them and they said they had corrected it.Today I checked again and again it had dropped. I contacted SoFi via chat and ************************** said he had changed the interest rate back to 2%. However, he said the interest for this month would be at the lower 1% rate, and there was nothing he could do to fix it. This is the chat session:*****: Hi. My interest rate dropped (again) from 2% to 1%. I DO have direct deposit of my pension check.************************: ******** I do apologize to check this situation, let me take a look on your information please. I do see there is a previous ticket to fix this situation.       The response received from SoFi in reference to complaint ID ******** only stated that they would contact me directly.  However, reviewing my account I see that they credited me $50.00, which adequately reimburses me for the missing September interest.  I therefore accept this resolution as satisfactory to me.

      someone opened a CREDIT CARD on my name, i be trying to dispute this situation so far , I didn't get any from sofi. i already talk to someone time after that i cant get touch with nobody. their number is not working. so please help to remove the fraud out of my credit history.

      We have a mutual customer with this bank whom we believe is committing chargeback fraud on a vehicle she purchased and was repossessed for none payment.When we contacted SoFi to provide documentation for this dispute we were told the only thing we can do is email customer service and there is no way to talk to the fraud department. We are a small business and this action is theft to us

      I contacted SoFi lending in order to request a Student Loan Hardship payment deferment. After going through the questionnaire with the representative on the phone, I was told I did not qualify for the payment reduction (interest only) as I was deemed "unable" to pay them the interest payment of $20 (full payment is $222). This is absolutely ridiculous and makes zero sense. If I am considered "unable" to pay $20 of interest each month for 3 months, how on earth can I be expected to pay $222 each month? This company doesn't want to work with it's own customers in times of hardship, and creates a "BS" survey with completely subjective requirements in order to comply with what I am sure is a Federal guideline/requirement when it comes to hardships, but it is all "lip service" and likely helps no one. I spoke with a supervisor named ******* (employment ID #***** who only parroted the same line of "this is the only option SoFi offers", which was also no help to me.

      I didnt sign up for sofi emails and I didnt open up a account they wont stop emailing me and I want to be removed from there list.. and I put in a ticket and they denied it Not interested in sofi products
