    Today I made a reservation with this website. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk refused to check me in unless I paid an extra $100 for deposit insurance, which the last time I was there, they hadn't charged for it, nor had the website. I asked the website's support team for help and they told me to resolve the issue with the hotel. When I said that the hotel didn't want to check me in, they said they wouldn't do anything to help me because it was a non-refundable reservation. It's not fair that they put a mandatory amount of $100 to be debited without warning and weren't willing to help when everything that was required and described in the reservation had already been paid for. I lost my money because they didn't check me in, but here are my words: it's not worth using a website that refuses to help you when you need help without giving you any support.

    Do NOT use the refund add-on I paid $14 for the additional option to refund a hotel room. Due to a workplace issue I needed to fill in and work on the selected day. I was refused. The terms and conditions have very specific reasons allows for refunds. If you have a reason that qualifies they WILL require signed paperwork from your workplace and if it fits under a medical reason will require a signed doctors note. In the case of work place redundancy you also need proof of 2 years of employment. Super.com allows refunds "at their discretion" and after further searching from other stories online; it is clear they never intend to fulfill refunds. Anti-consumer and borderline predatory. I will only be booking direct from hotels going forward. I'd rather pay more than give these seedy websites my money. If you choose to use super.com DO NOT pay extra for a refund policy. Toilet paper will hold more value.

This involves obtaining a cancellation document or written approval from the hotel, which should include the name and position of the person approving the refund, along with your check-in date.     This site is a scam. You WILL be able to make a booking. It WILL be a cheap booking. But they will hold your credit card number and charge you $30/month as a super.com membership. Then, you will not be able to cancel on their website after you catch all the charges. You will have to call an 800 number to do it. I had even gotten a new credit card issued because I did not recognize the charges, and they were STILL able to somehow charge my new creditcard number that I did not give them!!!! Like, how!?!!! This is so scammy, it's ridiculous. Do not enter your information. After all the charges, I could've just booked with a reputable site and paid the extra money, because it was only $10 cheaper.

    Super.com is legit website ***************** in **************** do not go to this hotel. ************************ inn hotel front desk worker arab woman she lied to me said I already checked in hotel but I did not I came to hotel late she said my reservation is not in the system but it is. What I am saying is 100 %true. Put God first.

    Book a hotel for 3 nights. Received a confirmation. Called a few day before to confirm and was told it was all set. Upon check-in the hotel head no record of the reservation. Super.com emailed us THE NEXT DAY (after the scheduled check-in) to say that they were unable to complete the booking.
