    My experience was personally a great one. We got the room we booked as expected for the cheapest price and the check in/out process was smooth. Would definitely recommend booking through this site!

    I used this service for years until 4/23 when they started STEALING MONEY I made a reservation and the hotel stated they didnt have any rooms available so I contacted SuperTravel and they said they keeping my money so I had to sleep in a shelter because they STOLE MY MONEY MAKING ME THINK I HAD ACCOMMODATIONS AT THE ***** AND I DIDNT AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK OR PUT CREDITS ON MY ACCOUNT THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST TREATMENT STEALING AND THEY LIE DONT BOOK THROUGH THEM THEY USED TO BE SNAPTRAVEL SINCE THEY CHANGED THERE NAME THEY HAVE BEEN STEALING PEOPLE MONEY AND STEAL THEY ARE ALLOWED TO OPERATE SHAMEFUL!!!

    I had used Super Travel in the past and have the app on my phone. I went into it to look for some hotel deals. Somehow I end up with them sending me a Super cash card. I did not order the card. I tried to call them today to have it canceled. I spent 42 minutes on hold then to be told by a recording to call back later.

    This company is a SCAM! I paid for a refundable booking fee. The hotel could not find my reservations. I requested a refund in advance and my request was denied. They literally just took my money. I searched all over the website to at least request a credit and there isnt an option to do so anywhere on the website. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM unless you have money just to throw away.

    We paid 3 months in advance and had no issues checking in. I booked 2 rooms, one for another couple. I was apprehensive reading some of the reviews; however the cost savings were significant. Would not hesitate to book SuperTravel again.
