    I had a terrible experience with this service. I arrived to my hotel at 11PM and the reservation was never communicated to the hotel. The hotel could not honor this reservation.I spent more than a hour on the phone with them and I was unable to have it resolved. It was 1:10AM and they couldnt approve a refund. They are saying that they will have someone call me within 45 minutes. Stay away from this service. It seems like a scam. I contacted my credit card company and requested a refund to the original reservation. They have bad customer service.

    Site is an absolute scam. They took my money and never forwarded it to the motel. I waited 90 minutes in the lobby with no resolution. My attorney will be following up with this as will the better business bureau.

    Best price at a good hotel. It was a last minute decision and Super Travel came through with no problems. Ill definitely use it again and recommend it.

    Beware of this company. Charged credit card but serviced had to be paid again once at hotel. 3 days later they haven't given refund and will not return phone calls. 13 emails later still nothing. Would say don't use them at all for travel needs they are scammers

    SuperTravel changed my booking dates. I went to the hotel and they could not find my reservation. Then they found it under the wrong dates. There were no available rooms with 2 beds so had to go somewhere else. Was informed by ***** that as long as we contacted SuperTravel 72 hours prior to the actual booking dates that the stay was fully refundable. On hold for long times with supertravel. Got hung up on multiple times. Still trying on hold. Requested statement from the Hyatt to assist with this ridiculous situation. The hotel Hyatt said they will do everything they can to help. Currently we are still in the 72-hour window and I am doing everything I can to reach Supertravel. Long hold times... hours. the chat did not work. I can't believe that this company is still in business the way they treat customers. I will need to call my credit card company to make a dispute because SuperTravel is obviously a scam. They steal from hard working people that can't afford to be taken. I will continue to do what I can but if I can at least warn 1 person out there to not use them and get taken then I will. I will have something from the Hotel and will send it to them and hopefully per Supertravel's policy they will honor the cancellation and give me a refund.
