Had to pay $300 usd of extra resort fees at the end of my stay even if it is explicitly written on my hotel booking invoice that there are NO additional charges or fees for the room. I was not informed beforehand by SuperTravel nor the hotel; the amount was removed automatically from the security deposit of $1000 usd (which was supposed to be only $200 usd, as per the hotel booking invoice). SuperTravel is falsely advertising better hotel deals.

Hi ******,We really appreciate your patience so far and the time spent explaining your concerns with this reservation, nonetheless, please note that its a standard practice for hotels to directly charge guests a mandatory deposit and/or resort fees for their reservation.Please note that the listing did include the room rate and hotel fees in their price. SuperTravel displays the room rate and then the additional hotel fees are in the "About" section of the hotel card, both pre-booking and in the customer's voucher post-booking. This is separate because they are not charged by us but rather mandatory payments to be made directly to the property and at their sole discretion.We hope we were able to clarify.Review fromReggie B

Upon booking a date, I noticed the dates were switched on the last page after confirmation. Immediately tried to change dates / or cancel. They would not. I canceled the reservation with the hotel, but they still received money for services never rendered nor refunded.Don't do it! Most of these reviews I almost guarantee are from their outsourced PR team.Super.com

They advertise free cancellations. Only works for a day. Tried to cancel online. Found it difficult talking to a live person impossible. The robot said I was 64th person Still waiting. I missed my window of cancellating. And found the hotel had better rates. Do your homeworkSuper.com
