This site is a scam. It does not disclose the total cost of the booking until you already paid and received the invoice. I found an extra $19 "resort fee" in the invoice that was not mentioned at all throughout the entire booking process. Don't use this site!!

Hi ******,We really appreciate your patience so far and the time spent explaining your concerns with this reservation, nonetheless, please note that its a standard practice for hotels to directly charge guests a mandatory deposit and/or resort fees for their reservation.Please note that the listing did include the room rate and hotel fees in their price. SuperTravel displays the room rate and then the additional hotel fees are in the "About" section of the hotel card, both pre-booking and in the customer's voucher post-booking. This is separate because they are not charged by us but rather mandatory payments to be made directly to the property and at their sole discretion.Review fromJeffrey B

5 starsAwesome app/company. I travel a lot, sometimes it planned and most times it isnt and this app has saved me with convenience so many times and have the best prices! Its also totally worth the extra charge to have them call concierge of your hotel for upgrades, its happened for me a few times. If you travel often its great also because youre getting an even further discount for the already amazing prices. Recently stayed in ****** for a ******* game and got a room and the casino, which is amazing but pricey for almost $200 off the listed pricing AND that was booked a month in advance. I have also used this app traveling all over the states and PR, it really is the most convenient, easiest and best pricing. I recommend to everyone.Review fromDenise V

5 starsEl lugar es lindo todos muy amables el recorrido es en ingls pero hay personal que habla espaol y muy amables todos el manager nos entendi las luces de un saln para tomar fotos sin discriminar todo fue hermoso
