I think these people are crooks. They say you ca cancel if necessary but just try to get a hold of them on the phone numbers that they offer and you either get people who are rude and won't talk to you or hang up. Or the phone number doesn't exist anymore. Don't go with this company! I chose a 1 star rating because there was nothing lower.

5 starsI made the first reservation and had no issues. One family member made a similar reservation and the hotel manager try, not to honor it by pretending he could not find the reservation. Eventually, they gave him the room.Review fromLoren R

5 starsMy husband has heart problems so, we have been traveling to ********** to meet with doctors. I have booked my reservations through Super Travel and I have not had any problems with them, no last minute cancelations, no wrong booking. It is nice to know that when we get to our destination everything is ************* the way I want it and I don't even have to remember my reservation number. That is what I call peace of mind. App glitched and said it wouldnt charge my card because there was an issue booking the hotel. It did for a pre authorization. Didnt book the hotel. But still a hold on my card for the amount of the hotel for the weekend. Accepts zero responsibility and tells me to deal with my bank. And there is no technical issues on their side. This was my first time booking with them. I will NEVER try to book with them again. Sticking with Priceline!Super.com

This service is offered by your card provider whereby the provider puts a hold on the amount approved by the cardholder, reducing the balance of available funds until the merchant settles the transaction. Because your desired purchase was no longer available, Snaptravel has not charged you and so your card processor will release the hold placed.The estimated time for this release varies if you used a debit or credit card, and depending on the issuing bank's policy. 5 starsVery surprised with the incredible rate super travel was able to obtain for me. I was skeptical but all in all it was the real deal. I was dreading having to spend tons of money on an obligatory trip and booking through super travel knocked down my costs by about 66% of what I was expecting to pay. I was also happy with my resort. I will definitely use super travel again
