Bucked a room with super travel online with a credit card with the refund Insurance had to cancel my trip due to an illness with the family when I went to file the refund they tried to make me use my bank checking account number On the form for refund even though I did not use the checking account for purchase this seems like a very shady way to handle business and a prime opportunity for fraud at this time the issue is still not resolved with Super travel

5 starsI was ***** using super travel because it was so much cheaper then all the others and I've lost my money taking chances before by not using the big names like Priceline , or hotels.om or Expedia but to my amazement Super Travel did what they said and went right through, I had no issues or problems and had great customer service .
