    I tried contacting them 5 times and still have not gotten the chair that I purchased they sent me a defective product and make it almost impossible to get a hold of them to resolve the issue! They say to not return the product to the address on the box you receive but then they tell the credit card company they want you to return the item. The only way to contact them is through email and then youre lucky if they respond. The number that they give to the credit card company just plays a message that says if you want to contact us email us at this address, we do not have her representatives available. So now my credit card company told me that the only way they can resolve the issue is if I send them a return receipt or proof that I returned it. But how am I supposed to do that when I dont have a paid return label nor do I have an address to send it to. they are making it impossible to resolve the issue and my credit card company has a deadline where if its not resolved by that time, the charge will stay and I will have a broken defective product that I paid full price for and unable to use. I want the product but I just want the new working product that I purchased. I told them that I was recently paralyzed so I would even have to pay someone to try to take apart the pieces that did go together and then for them to bring it to a shipping company to ************** out but they dont care that that would be money out of my pocket and still not have the product that I wanted. they already have my money so they dont care what else happens.

    Booked a hotel in less than 3 minutes! Literally they had an unbelievably low price. I didn't even have to show the front desk my confirmation code, my name was already in the system. The hotel was good quality too, so overall, I would recommend this site to everyone.

    Booked and stayed at ************ Hotel in ******. Seamless experience. I received 10% coupons to share with family and friends. I shared it for 2 additional rooms and my family also had a seamless experience. I would definitely recommend this site and will use again.

    Terrible! It is a scam, I booked a reservation for two nights at a ****************** in ******* ** through them and when I went to check in the night of my reservation they told me the hotel was overbooked and that they had no room to give me. They told me to speak to super travel who I booked through. I reached out to super on the phone and in the chat online and was told the same thing by both that they cannot do anything at this moment that the urgent team will contact their travel partners and get back to me. I was reached back out to twice saying that they could not get in touch with the hotel and that they would get back to me. Meanwhile it was 11pm ******************************************************************** were sold out and I went door to door trying to find a hotel. With no help from super travel. since it was then after 12am I couldnt even search online for something. I finally called Hilton and they had a customer service rep call a bunch of different hotels for me and finally found me a hotel 25 mins away, hours later. Mind you since 1am on Sunday,I have not heard back from the urgent team and I have called numerous times for an update bc I want a refund and no one has been able to provide any information to me. It is now Tuesday and my reservation was for Saturday and I am still trying to get answers and a refund. TERRIBLE DO NOT USE THEM!
