I booked with Supertravel. They confirmed a rate of $134.62 and informed me I need to pay directly with the hotel. The hotel ended up charging my card $189.33 and Supertravel will not help resolve! This is not how consumers should be treated! Misleading offers! Never again! I have deleted the app. I advise others to do the same.

Hi ****,We really appreciate your patience so far and the time spent explaining your concerns with this reservation, nonetheless, please note that its a standard practice for hotels to directly charge guests a mandatory deposit and/or resort fees for their reservation.Please note that our travel partner did include the room rate and hotel fees in their price. SuperTravel displays the room rate and then the additional hotel fees are in the "About" section of the hotel card, both pre-booking and in the customer's voucher post-booking. This is separate because they are not charged by us but rather mandatory payments to be made directly to the property and at their sole discretion.We hope we were able to clarify. 5 stars******************** stayed 12/26/2022 and checked out 12/27/2022 I stayed at the one in ********* ** all of the staff was absolutely amazing and the bed and pillows was so comfortable the best sleep that I had in a very long time, I will definitely stay again and will recommend this place to anyone wonderful service so I give them and A+.... thank you so muchReview fromEdriss K

5 starsSuper travel offers significant lower rates than others like hotel.com with free cancellation a few days before. You can call the hotel to confirm your name is in their system. Helped me saved a lot! Highly recommended.Review fromDavid T

I booked a hotel through super travel app. They took my money and never paid the hotel. So I was also charged by the hotel for the same booking. Neither me nor the hotel can get a response from them. Its been two weeksI had to dispute the charge with my bank. So book with caution! I would not recommend using this app!Super.com
