5 starsIn the past 12 months between business and pleasure I have visited four continents, and a number of nations. I rarely had an easier time making a reservation for an hotel. This is not an honest company, one star is too much. I booked a hotel room through them, they sent me a reservation with the wrong dates, then sent a corrected reservation with the correct dates, when I arrived at the hotel they had the wrong dates. I had to pay again for the room. I contacted the company and explained they had made a mistake, no refund. User beware!
