    They are hands down the cheapest in hotel rentals by far! They have the best discounts and promotional coupons and its an everyday thing to get discounts and cash to use towards your best rental. For example right now I have 30 dollars towards ************** of hotels on their site! Great company

    The staff working was phenomenal!!! The rooms were better than expected especially for the rate I received. I will stay again and I will recommend it to friends and family.

    I used SuperTravel for a last minute hotel reservation for a funeral - $86 compared to $130 on hotel website. Didnt want any problems. When I couldnt confirm my reservation on hotels website, I contacted SuperTravel and they called hotel and got hotels confirmation number for me. Reduced stress for me. I would use SuperTravel again.

    In an attempt to shop small businesses and not fuel a conglomerate like Amazon, I bought headphones for my computer on livesuper.com. As soon as I received my package I tried them out only to realize that the headphones peg was too small/skinny for the insert port on the computer and it just fell out. Right away I wrapped it up and opened a ticket to start the return. Got a response within an hour asking me to elaborate on the defect. wrote back a few hours later and havent heard anything since. That was over five days ago. I tried to respond to the initial email they sent me but still nothing. I have also opened up two or three new tickets with no response. I am well within their return policies criteria, so I guess I will have to contact my credit card and see if this is considered fraudulent. This whole ordeal is not worth the two dollars I saved not buying on Amazon. I dont recommend buying anything from this site unless you are certain you wont need to return/exchange the item.

    I had to make a last minute booking to attend a funeral and the listing was $68 and it was stated that there are NO additional fees & charges. Once I paid around $73 for the reservation I noticed at the very bottom of Super Travels confirmation they had a notice that this particular hotel would REQUIRE $300 security deposit in order to check in. Upon attempting to check in the manager tells me in order to check in I they REQUIRED a $220 refundable security deposit as well as $80 NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning FEE. I explained to the manager that my reservation states NO additional fees and they say to contact super travel because thats incorrect. Upon calling Super Travel I was informed that the reservation was not able to be cancelled but for a one time courtesy I could get a full refund ,but that I would have to contact the manager of the hotel and convince the manager to approve the refund. It clearly states there are NO additional fees, but there is a possibility of a security deposit. I explained that I was not concerned with the security deposit, but instead with the non refundable fee of $80 for cleaning. I called the hotel again and the manager once again said they were not at fault and they also confirmed the super travel agent had not even attempted contacting them at all regarding the reservation. I called back to super travel a third time and the support rep acted as if I had not contacted them at all and was refusing to refund the payment leaving me with nowhere to stay for the night. This company is only operating to take their commission and send anyone with issues on a cycle of hoops to jump through that is seemingly never ending , probably hoping that I would give up getting the refund. I am capable of reading and it CLEARLY STATES there will be NO additional fees as the stay was already paid for 100% So the fault is on Super Travel without doubt and I have still yet to receive a call back from the supposed manager working on my case. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

SuperTravel displays the room rate and then the additional hotel fees are in the "About" section of the hotel card, both pre-booking and in the customer's voucher post-booking. This is separate because they are not charged by us but rather mandatory payments to be made directly to the property and at their sole discretion. We reiterate our apologies for any inconvenience and look forward to having the chance to serve you in the future.
