Booked a room in ******** ** , and a week after had an unexpected family emergency, I get the no changes, no cancel policy, but things happen in life.There are ALWAYS exceptions. So you are keeping my $154 , and I get nothing, not even a credit for a future stay, etc . Was even told I could not be escalated to a supervisor/manager! TERRIBLE Company Will NEVER use Super Travel again
