I booked a hotel room through this site at quality inn ********** **** *********. Was not told about an extra fee upon arrival made a complaint super travel agent told me they was going to do nothing about this. So I was cheated out of my money

It is not a charge but rather just a temporary hold on your credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. 5 starsI stay at the Best Western in ********* **. I travel from *********** for work for a very busy clinic/surgical center. The staff there goes above and beyond just being nice. By that I mean everyone from the front desk cooks cleaning people all the way to the gentleman that empties the trash. They send me off with the best hot breakfast and even homemade salsa for my eggs. This puts me in a great mood every time to start my busy day. Thanks guys for being there.Review fromDavid B

5 starsHad never heard about this company. But ****** listed them as the cheapest. Well, let me tell you it was done fast and the confirmation of my hotel reservation was emailed & texted with a link. I arrived at my hotel it was exactly what I asked for. Prior to my reservation i read the no cancelation policy. It was clear to point. Also stated if you want to upgrade in case of those emegency cancelations.
