5 starsSo easy to book our travel, and the price was the best rate out there. It feels strange to communicate through texts, but it is a real, legitimate travel company. Really should be Zero stars!! Snaptravel is a misleading company. At first it looks like the per night rate for a hotel will save you money. But then they charge you their own fees AND something they call a Tip - for what? Use a reputable company like Expedia or go direct to the resort. That way no hidden fees. I tried for a refund from Snaptravel when I discovered this and they refused. Also they charge immediately on your card for the whole amount. At least Expedia only charges when you check in. Stay away!!
