    Very easy to make travel arrangements Everything was perfect. My rreservation was made and they were expecting me. Snaptravel checked to make sure after I checked in tomake sure everything was okay. I thought that was very nice and professional..

    I booked a hotel reservation for one night and Snap Travel says it could take up to 5 days for their reservation to show up in the Hotel's system, which is sketchy to begin with seeing how this is typically immediate with other 3rd party businesses like Expedia. I waited 5 days and called the hotel to make sure they got my reservation and they had no record of it. I called Snap Travel customer service and informed them. They got back to me with a hotel confirmation number and I called the hotel to make sure and the reservation number they gave was for the wrong name and wrong dates. I called them again and they told me this was escalated and they would get me a correct reservation. Another day passed and they said they got it corrected. I called the hotel and they said the name was corrected but the dates were still not correct (the reservation was for 4 days after I was supposed to leave). I called customer service for a 3rd time in 3 days and they kept telling me it was escalated and that I couldn't speak to a supervisor. I ended up cancelling the reservation as I got the impression that either the people working at Snap Travel are not the brightest or that they are purposefully trying to scam me. I will not be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

    We found Snaptravel when traveling to a class reunion and had not made any reservations. We found the hotel we wanted and sat in the car to make a reservation that saved us over $50 compared to the standard hotels rate. So glad we found Snaptravel.

    I made a reservation through Snaptravel on May 28 2022, for **************************. My reservation was fake and I had to find another hotel to stay inn. I was also ripped off in the amount of $194. My bank was unsuccessful in getting my funds since Snaptravel said it was non refundable. This company is practicing fraud and I am seeking legal help to get my funds and end their practice of fraudulent transactions.

    Best rates of all the other sites. Website easy to use. I love the Sms option, since my preferred method is communicating thru text messages. Makes the process of booking much easier and stress free to use. Snap travel made my vacation easier when my original plans fell through and I had to quickly rebook another hotel. I used another booking service for my original destination. I wanted to use different website and went to Snap Travel. I'm glad I did. I will be using it from now on

    When booking with Snaptravel beware of the small print. I booked with them which seemed to be a very good rate and when I checked in the hotel added 300 extra dollars to the ****. They bank on you not reading the small print. Very deceiving!!!
